Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):I am BO. Overwatching Charlie squad. Their order is to guard and fortify LZ1. But more than half of the squad has gone to Medbay or Tcoms or Science or somewhere else. SL arrives. I order him to gather his squad at LZ1 and start to carry out the order. His attempts to do this ended at one phrase(maybe more) in Charlie radio frequency. After that he left LZ1 and started running around the colony. Then I ordered him to get back on Sulaco. When he got back, he was charged with insubordination and assault(for verbal threatening) minimum 3 times. But MP refused to arrest him. Then circus started, but it has no relation to the ban. So when he finally was brigged, he said many bad words, so I ordered him to shut up. He didn't do this.

He was brigged to 10 OR 15 minutes, I didn't see, but that doesn't matter.
When he refused to follow my order he had 6 min sentence. So. He broke law and I added 10 minutes more because of recidivism.
Then admin started PMing me, but I didn't understand what he say to me. I didn't reset timer for fun, I did it when he broke the law.
And good analogy from life. If you are sentenced for killing and you will kill somebody in jail, you will be sentenced once more. Logic? Evrybody knows that I think. Then why if break law in brig once more you mustn't be sentenced once more? Cell it's like lawless territory or what?
And why I don't know marine law? I had tab opened.

I was watching this round and I've never seen such uninformed people when it comes to Marine Law. You don't tack on extra time for not laying down on the bed. He served his time, you let him go.

ALSO, re-read the ruleset for marines. You are NOT supposed to enforce marine law as Command staff.
