Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I have a life outside of CM, I left my webbing, OB, C-4, and Squad Leader Helm just for my specialist who could have picked it up on the planet, and I went on the Rasputin and went SSD, if someone did not drag me to cryo I am sorry, I had to go do something and I could not make it back. It came up unexpectedly and I had to run.

Looked over the player's note history and it seems incredibly light as the gaps are quite apart (it does seem the player's activity dipped right around August to December) and the notes that are there are to address very minor rulebreaks. Also to the Retro, we aren't asking you to head to cyro but at least inform the staff with an ahelp, that alone could of circumvented this ban since it seems you were aware you were departing as you left your equipment for another player

Yeah I was caught off guard in needing to go like ASAP it really wasn't ''round start'' for say but I do understand that when I joined on I was like WTF I am banned, and just made an appeal after I asked Free My Soul why I was not really ''aware'' but Just was competent and fast enough to give my gear to my spec.
