Informed the player about our naming rules yet the player never replied and carried on playing. Warned about the naming rules. by  on Tue, November 17th of 2015 

Warned- Joined with the name Kayky, informed about name rules and asked to change name or the next offense will be a ban. by  on Thu, November 19th of 2015 

Third time they joined with the name Kayky. Issuing a 3 hour ban. by  on Mon, January 25th of 2016 

Still uses the name "Kayky". "Mercy-killed" an infected marine without their consent. by  on Tue, January 26th of 2016

You have no notes about being perma banned. Just to be clear, you have no error whatsoever when trying to connect?

This is worryingly desperate. Calm down, staff will investigate it. It is possible you were caught in another person's ban, however you provided very little information to look into this. Here's the biggest problem. You provided no code which means figuring out which permaban this is, if any, is impossible. Here's the easiest way to help us, provide a screenshot of what happens when you try to connect, and we'll work from there.

Beyond that I'll investigate your note history to see if I can verify them. You need to calm down and wait for things to get processed, it's not as simple as just being unbanned without proper investigation work.

I've immediately verified that you were active multiple times, particularly on the days listed, which isn't really surprising. I've also verified you joined with the improper name every time. You need to sort that out if this is lifted because it'll just get you banned again if you can't listen. Beyond that you did shoot a person. So all of your notes are correct, and you've given the wrong information twice. Important information, no less. Lying on your appeal gets you nowhere.

I've looked into this even further. I see no failed login attempts that would indicate you're even banned. I'm going to need a screenshot to see what comes up when you try to log in, because at this point I'm wondering if either you were attempting to ban evade, or if you're not even banned and just have something wrong with your client.
