Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): It seems I was banned based on the third xeno rule. I kind of feel like I was banned more by the letter of the rule than the spirit. What happened was that I was a boiler with a few other spitter castes doing a fighting retreat from marine reinforcements. Someone huggered a marine, and I decided to drag her off since we were low on aliens. I nested her, and a few seconds later realized how pointless it was to try to defend a host as a boiler with the marines blowing their way into hydro. I'd be way to slow to get away with her, and she'd just get up before I could get her anywhere safe. So I decided to kill her so the marines wouldn't get a fighter back. Because of this, I don't really think the ban is justified. I mean, if I hadn't nested her myself for a few seconds this apparently wouldn't have been an issue.
