As far as I know, I received the ban for closing SS13 within the first minute of landing a medical job.

To be honest, I had little to no time to play SS13 before today thanks to school and job hunting. I just want to have the option of versatility in what I set as 'Low' priority to be picked for. If this is a bit sparse, I am sorry and I am sorry for ruining other Medical personnel's rounds with my stupidity and immaturity.

You were then banned again on the 24th of this year as well which, I assume, is the one you are talking about.
