Been playing fine on all the other servers, I literally don't know why I'm banned on this one, plus it sounds pretty cool... It's been like this for ages though. Recently got back into SS13 thought I might try on these forums.

As SLC said, you're basically fucked no matter the situation.
If it's the problem that I posted in the link above then you're fucked and if it's a normal ban you're also fucked because you cannot appeal.
