Yup, previously banned when I first started on /tg/.

I assume it's probably when I shotgunned myself in the mouth at round end, playing IC russian roulette.

Not sure if round had ended, but it's the one where admins extended round end for about 20 minutes, I was a boot with alpha squadies. After shooting down most of the walls we sat in the newly made table-chair in the caves of dead aliens. The round had already ended so I asked "do you want to play old style russian roulette", "how does it work", "i'll show you". I threw my shotgun on the table and picked it up, aimed it at my mouth and I was brain dead. I ended up ghosting to see the reaction.

Anyways about 10 minutes after suicide I got EORG banned.

I've read that these bans are automatic, the rules state nothing on IC suicide for EOR, so I'm wondering why this is considered EORG.
