If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): During a lower pop round, launched both the Rasputin and the pod as xeno queen. The Rasputin had no xenos aboard

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): So during a lower pop round I volunteered to go queen, the round goes well and we manage to push the marines off the planet and maintain a fair number of living xenos. We discover that the marines have left the pod on the ground and decide to use it. One of the spitters suggests that we make use of the dropship as a means of distracting the marines from our main invasion force. So we head over to infest it and fill it with eggs(I was under the imperssion that when infestation was said, that a couple of xenos would ride up on it and hadn't made it an explicit order). As I launch it the couple xenos aboard hop off, so I decide to roll with it and we head over to the pod and take it up. We launch our attack on the marines and are soundly fucked over by the 30 or so marines still on the ship(bravo to the researcher who instagibbed me with suicide bombs). I get into deadchat and find people losing their fucking minds over us using both ships, screaming about meta and atmos fuckery. So I ghost around to see that the dropship had crashed in breifing while our pod had crashed in brig no breaches had occurred and Karmac announces to deadchat that I'm to be jobbanned for using the dropship as a missle. Now at no point had there been any LOOC or IC ideas to cause any breaches or other meta fuckery, we were just trying out a different strategy. I took a look through the rules once more afterwards to see if I had overlooked some new rule regarding the shuttles and found nothing. There were no plans among us for any type of purposeful breaching or any other type of metagaming. While it probably would have been a good idea to ahelp before trying out a new strategy it sure doesn't seem to be worth any type of ban without there being any solid policy regarding the issue.
Tl;Dr: The jobban in question was placed due to a gray area in the rules that should probably be addressed

Fuckery is the nature of the Eldar. It is the core of their being. Every Eldar yearns to achieve ultimate dickishness in the art of fuckery. An Eldar may walk a thousand paths in their long lifetime, each one a new lesson in how to engage in fuckery. An Eldar that has not fucked in the affairs of others is incomplete, and broken. An Eldar would gladly sacrifice a dozen of its fellows, and billions of non-Eldar, just to experience the rush of dicking someone over with an act of sublime fuckery.

Beyond that considering the damage the crashing does. This is powergaming, there's a reason its not a new strategy. With something like this it would have been good to ahelp it in advance.
