Type Of Ban (Job-ban, Timed Ban, Permaban): timed ban (I understand this is a 3 hour ban and I fully understand it will not be investigated but I would like some clarification regarding the ban for future references)

Total Ban Duration: 3 hours (Again I understand this wont be reviewed in time but I would like clarification)

Are you now or have you been banned on any of them? Never

Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): Joined with the name William Wallace literally the next round after being warned. They repeatedly claim they were never warned despite me witnessing the conversation first hand.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I recently joined the server a few hours ago and quickly got into it. For my character I chose the name of William Wallace. For an entire round I had no issues with using that name, however just a few minutes ago I was contacted In game by the moderator TheMaskedMan2 and he explained to me that I was warned last round to change my name. I politely asked him to hold on one moment with the ban as I have no recollection of ever speaking to a moderator before that moment. Regardless TheMaskedMan went ahead and banned me for 3 hours for using the name William Wallace. As for the name. I understand who the man was, in history he was a Scottish knight who fought the English. It also happens to be my fathers name, forgive me if I don't understand how that is considered a trolly name? I made it with no attempt to troll or hinder the staff or anyone on the server. I am just a new player who chose a name that is close to my heart and was banned for it. If I am indeed not allowed to use this name I will never use it again, however I ask what the harm is letting me use the name? Again I have no recollection of ever speaking to a moderator prior to being banned. If I had I would've changed my name. If a moderator did message me and I missed it, I wholeheartedly apologize it was never my intention to break the rules. Again I would just like some clarification on why the name William Wallace is prohibited. Thank you.

This is where you were spoken to about the name previously. You cannot use any name that is referencing pop culture. William Wallace may be your father's name, but it is much more well known to be the name of Mel Gibson's character in Braveheart and the, and the (unconfirmed) historic scottish knight. You cannot use that name.

Also, if you read our forum rules, you are not supposed to appeal 3 hour bans.
