Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):I was trying to improve my behavior but this happened I really love this server, and accept the week ban but please do not permanently ban me I want to improve my behavior and contribute to the community.

So to start off, lets take this from the beginning.

Banned from Doctor - Stabbed people in the eyes with screwdrivers multiple times, pretended to not know across multiple days. by Adminbot (Friendly Robot) on Sat, April 15th of 2017 Remove

Banned by X|Duration: 4320 minutes|Reason: Griefed in medbay, then used a flamethrower as a doctor. Clearly knows he is breaking the rules and griefing. by X on Sat, April 15th of 2017 

Banned by snypehunter007|Duration: 10080 minutes|Reason: Serial Griefer, permaban request applied on the forums but the original staff member never applied a week ban. by Snypehunter007 (TrialAdmin) on Sat, April 22nd of 2017

So, the inital incident happened on the 15th and a perma request was filed, however, the staff member forgot to apply a 10080 ban and inform you that you would be receiving a perma-ban. On that side, from our staff team, I apologize.

However, you have a very long note history and that most recent incident was what pushed you over the edge. The request is still be deliberated on and a choice will eventually be made by headstaff.
