Honestly I was having a lot of fun on this server, I usually played as a medical doctor. In one session I was performing surgery and had another guy waiting, he started calling me some pretty derogatory names and wouldn't stop even when I asked in LOOC. The next bit I'm not proud of but I decided to knock them out and cremate them - this was a stupid error on my part and I should have contacted admin. I was then banned for 48 hours and perma job banned. I felt my side of the story wasn't listened to and so I decided to create another account to get around this ban.

I messed up, I shouldn't have done either of these two things and over the past 4 months since my ban I've realised that while I may not agree with the admin involved I should have followed the server rules - I messed up and I hope I can get another chance. Thanks.

Quick note - The account I had was already created, it wasn't newly created for the ban.

1. All those accounts have the exact same IP
2. The IP is NOT from a college or public area
3. All the accounts played from the EXACT SAME COMPUTER.

So, I'm not sure what you're saying then? You're appealing a specific incident, but the ban is for multikeying.

I don't think I've ever multikeyed,only ban evaded? I used the other accounts so that I could rejoin a round if I got killed, I was never logged in to two accounts at the same time.

That is the very definition of multikeying, and what we do not allow.

Oh, I'm sorry I didn't realise. I did check the rules before doing this and it said that multikeying was defined as logging in to two accounts at the same time, so I thought I was safe because I was only logged into one.

I get what you're saying and I was concerned about that originally, which was why checked the rules and only did so when I couldn't find anything against it.

When you first join the server it links the rules and says in big font that "Ignorance is not an excuse."

In an attempt to give you some form of defense other than ignorance (yes, this is ignorance, at the very least negligence. You could've found out what multi-keying means by common knowledge or asking through ahelp or on the forums...even googling it would help.)

Why should they unban you for what is a clear rule-break and blatant disregard for the game-mechanics?

This again is not to target you, but for you to explain your thoughts for a last chance before this is closed (as I assume it will be, I do not handle appeals.)
