If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned):As the XO, CDR Abyss Zenstroyer [Delta (XO)] says, "To all squad if you find Yaroslav CT then fire at him he's on Execution", which led to another marine killing Yaro. Player will be job banned from command based on the last 2 notes due to improper execution procedures, and logging off before staff can finish PMing him, saying he needs to go "cryo" and to tell the MPs to finish his execution"

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):Probably the most big mistake was the fact I got myself in a bad situation, the one of coordinating the station and have to take care of the Contraband of Cargo, all that put me in a lot of pressure and I didn't realise what I was doing, I copy-pasted the message on the squads radio to kill Yaro and then realized on Admin PM that I did very bad on doing so and I wrote what I had in mind before to elaborate it, instead I should have asked for restraining the CT and then a proper execution in Brig following the Standard Procedure with a proper announcement and informing the CT of all the crimes he commited and what metod we will use to execute him properly. After being killed by a Xeno I left before the Admins could call out to me to sort this out. I infact realize that I should have been more careful, just at the beginning I had problems with BO and Marines having discussions and debaits.I propose that my job-ban of XO to not be appealed but I would like the rest of the command jobs to be appealed. I'm very sorry for the player of the charachter Yaro that had to deal with an incompetent XO. I'm sure I'm not ready to play XO again that's why I would like to be appealed, if possible, only up until SO. (Sorry for possible English errors, it is not my native language.)

The full command job ban was applied due to how you appeared to be a griefer based on initial impression. You broke multiple rules within that same round (Naming rule, Improper escalation, ID theft, ignoring staff's warning and instructions), and left mid-way during our staff PMs.

I was at first willing to give you a simple warning, but seeing how you bailed on me within seconds before I could give you a reply, and also ignored Kavlo's initial suggestion to talk to the MPs more and to follow proper protocols, not to mention also getting other players into trouble as a result of your orders, I decided to apply a full command job ban instead. If I had not investigated further, you could have gotten another MP job-banned for breaking marine law, and gotten another player banned for improper escalation, who seemingly shot the CT dead for no IC reason at all simply because he was following orders.

The job ban was applied on 12 March 2017, and based on your playtime, you've only played 3 rounds since this job ban (very recently once in April, twice in May). I'll leave it to higher staff to decide on your verdict.

I do know I did horroble, most likely cause I was confused in all this and had to go so I tried to stay in as much as possible but It got me pretty much in panic. I wanted to follow a good procedure but I haven't known someone Shot him, infact After you did the Admin PM I should have said the Marines that they should have restrained him not kill him but with all' that was happening I got confused and all' the Admin PMs freaked me out too. Honestly other than Irl I Just wanted to end It cause all' the Execution subject was stressing me.I would have liked to have toned down the situation and maybe convince the CT to stop his intentions. i'm very Sorry I messed up and I would sincerely say Sorry to all' the people involved that's why I don't want the XO job to yet be appealed.

I infact state that I should have been more careful with What I was saying but panic took mostly over me, mostly cause I've never dealed with a situation like that before, some Admin PMs Lister I haven't noticed em? i'm not sure What those the quote "but seeing how you bailed in me" mean,cause in all that I missed some stuff happening, is that referring to me disconnecting?In all' that more than Ignoring Kavlo I forgot about It even if I shouldn't have but I was dealing also in the Xenomorphs Mission other than the Execution, all' in all I should have talked more and should have been more diplomatic, if I wouldn't have been so aggressive on the RO and CT and maybe would have preferred to sorta this out with dialogue instead of an arrest It would have gone better. I was too busy trying to end the situation when there would have been an easier and simplier way like Kavlo suggested and maybe even not having the ID theft as I forgot the right demotion procedure. I would have listened to the Admin instructions very well since they encouraged me and tried to help me as they Can but every time I tried to do follow their suggestione something else caught me and I forget about It. That's why panic Can make you screw up and errors make you learn, especially when you have to make sure your orders are clear and fair.
