If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned):okay i had a difficult time explaining to the admin why i did what i did. My character opposes the company and doesn't like people from the company like the CL. In our situation the ship was under attack from the xenos and i was with the XO he seemed to have given up and was drunk. it was me and him in the CIC i went afk for a bit and when i got back on the the CL was in a chair with no left leg and a bridge officer was there too. The XO gave me the CL's ID he didn't tell me why tho and i assumed the CL gave consent to this because he never said to stop and he was awake. after a while he started complaining that he needed to get to medical and i disagreed. The ship was at the point where you could get snatched by a xeno by simply being in the wrong place i wasn't sure how many people were alive or dead or even if medical was still functioning. I saw it as him putting other marines lives before his and even if i could have gotten him medical if it was still there and if anyone could or would help him still what could he do hes a CL and we couldn't get evac running the rest of the officers were in cryo still. he kept on winning and i tried to shut him up i was gonna cut his tongue out or something i was just trying to shut him up.Yes i do regret killing him i had no intent to at the moment and it said that i knocked him unconscious then the admin said i killed him "whoops". Now his ID well that, that was my key in and out of the CIC and to other areas. I was just trying to survive and i do know i have had warnings i am trying hard to fix them and learn from my mistakes i really love this server and would like to have this appealed.

This was because he was slashed 5 times prior by a mature runner and was on the verge of death.

he kept on winning and i tried to shut him up i was gonna cut his tongue out or something i was just trying to shut him up.

By taking them out of the round it seems.

The XO gave me the CL's ID he didn't tell me why tho and i assumed the CL gave consent to this because he never said to stop and he was awake.

Now that I checked the logs, it appears the CL even specifically told you to return him his ID multiple times.

When I placed your ban I was being lenient based on circumstantial evidence and on how you were being calm and composed for explaining your situation, so I decided to give 3 days for both ID and improper escalation combined. However, now I regret that decision after finding out that you lied to me when you said that you had the CL's consent for taking his ID. I hate people who lie during investigations. Recommending player's ban to be escalated further based on 2 previous accounts of ID theft, and 1 previous account of improper escalation.
