Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): First off I'm going to tell about the one marine who had it out for my character since the start an engineer named Ilan Rahal. He asked the SL to court martial me after I apparently went on the elevator and doomed lots of marines to die as they were evacuating LZ2. I ignored him and came back to t-comms and was trying to help the specialist out with building barricades which I needed an entrenching tool or shovel. So I went over and on the orders of the SL "Loot whatever you can from downed squad members" I walked over to the engineer and took off his belt looking for a shovel or an entrenching tool and he began screaming that I was looting him so I snapped at his complete retardation mode and gave him a punch. Then Mike Murdoch punched me and we began arguing I drew my gun and told him to punch me again and it got tense when the SL told be to lower my gun or he'd execute me myself I complied then Mike went and punched me again, as I had my shotgun in hand ready to pull the trigger. He got shot and died almost instantly and then the SL shot me I survived for awhile then got downed from pain. The admins contacted me which I believe both over exaggerated the case to get me a seven day ban. "Slc97: You sure did just pump a few guys full of shotgun shells. What's up with that?" - It was just one guy, I think I was justified to after tensions were raising and he thought he could punch a man with a gun in his hand and not get shot.

Has a clear history of this behaviour" - Yet again not an entire squad, and not for no discernible reason being punched with a gun in your hand I'd believe would lead you to shoot that person he should have known better and used his brain. I'm fine with having a ban as it's justified but I'd like it reduced.

Probably one that's stressed out trying to build defenses as alien lifeforms stalk the location of the squad awaiting to murder everyone.

Also your choice of words as a moderator who should be trying to handle situations maturely makes me think you've got a lot of maturing to do.

Okay let's dumb it down, you've been with these guys for who knows how long, you're a crack military unit facing a never before seen enemy and you're tasked with grabbing a shovel off an overreacting engineer, and your best idea is to punch the engineer because he insulted you that one time and shoot the guy that comes to his defense because it's not like you need the manpower or anything.

I haven't doubt I could do a good job I'd need to be really aggressive and attack the users for all of there sins they commited while playing a 2D birds eye game.
While the username is obviously stupid the application is real.

He's done this exact thing before, numerous times, and is clearly as toxic as they come.

EDIT: Also from conversations with the squad in question, he shot the sarge after being told not to steal an engineer's toolbelt.

Hey, this lad was part of my squad. I was the William Crimson, the SL.

While I'm all for having roleplay situations which can relax certain rules (if it makes sense),

You totally over-reacted. I could perhaps see you drawing a knife or tustling but the fact you outright blew his brains out at point blank, with no roleplay. Over a minor action moments after our whole squad was wiped and we were doing all we can to stabilise the survivors.

To be quite honest, the fact you don't see the issue is slightly concerning, rather than admitting your faults, you claim the two individuals involved instead lied.

I'll run down the situation rather briefly.

- Squad is wiped

- Recovered a few corpses of wounded marines

- Tell marines to loot downed marines (now, in this case, I am stripping the DEAD marines, I assume it was clear, evidently it wasnt)

- Marine A punches Junior after I tell him to stop looting the Engineer who saved our bacon earlier

- Junior raises his gun, I tell him to lower it before I execute him myself, Crimson not being one to tolerate the murder of a fellow soldier

- Junior reluctantly agrees, (then maybe starts looting engineer again, I cant remember clearly)

- Marine A punches him again, Junior instantly raises his weapon and blows him away

- I, kinda knew Junior was going to do that so I instantly raise my weapon and take him down, he gets up, proceeds to shoot at me and other marines. I just back off and adminhelp,

I was the "overreacting engineer" (not much else to do in paincrit) here. You sent the elevator up apparently unaware that people were still fighting down there, which indirectly resulted in us losing the medic, spec, smartgunner, and two standards. Then you stripped me without saying a word to me even though you should've been aware I was conscious based off my constantly talking over the radio. Maybe the reason for both of these situations developing was that you don't pay enough attention to the chatbox to be situationally aware of the battlefield and of your squadmates. Just my guess.
