Two years ago I have been banned for ICinOOC somewhere for three hours.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):
I played command roles before and never had any issues with server staff. This time I picked SO there was an accidential power outage in my house due to wiring problems (two wires from different phases appeared to be insulated incorrectly after some replacements, and when someone switched light on, power control system initiated shutdown). After that, I was busy fixing it and there was no free time for me to reconnect. I actually don't know how to prove it, as I already fixed all wires, but if you will require, I can expose them again and provide picture of their current state.

And, if I remember correctly, it wasn't the very beginning of the round - briefing was about to start. However, I'm not absolutely sure about that.
