Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): I have been playing researcher alot lately, and i decided to head planetside with CMO's permittion to recover W-Y technology, in the path, i found an MMI in T-comms, i bringed it up, decided to speak with the survivor in quarantine about it, i proposed turning him in a brain-bot and he agreed, i even asked him OOCly if he actually agreed with it, and he sayed yes. Some days earlier, i asked Feweh if a player, OOCly and ICly completely agrees with making harmfull tests with him, such as injecting chemicals in him, and if that's okay with staff, he sayed yes. Nescau sayed that if i was lying about what Feweh sayed, i would be banned for 3 days, i agreed, and i believe he checked the logs about it. One day later (wich is today, the time i'm posting) Kavlo sayed i was receiving a 7 day ban for turning the survivor in a brain-bot and for lying, on Feweh's request.

Let's start with a life advice.

1- You should know that lying is not your best option.

2- I did not look for the logs, I tried to know if what you said to me was true, but it was not. If You want, consider it a mistake of mine.

3- Yes, you would eventually receive a three-day penalty if you had told the truth right there, but you preferred to carry on with your lie, something I can not help you with. To Tell you the truth, at that moment I was questioning your honesty.

4- Clearly, you did NOT understand Feweh's speech, IF, he had truly spoken to you. You just expanded the possibilities and variables that he indicated to you as allowed. Currently, neither would be allowed without the authorization of an Admin.

Creating an MMI and conducting experiments where you inject harmful chemicals into an individual are different things.

5- I would like to make it clear that since always, you make ahelps associated with questions about you doing your "experiments" and always get a no as an answer. This added to this infraction increases your punishment for a considerably high time.

These notes are pretty extensive and range from a wide variety of infractions, from warnings to bans. 24 in fact. Besides this, 'injecting with chemicals' is almost nothing like turning someone into a brain bot, which shouldn't even be a thing in CM, and as such is a bit of twisting words out of context to be quite different from their intent.

Would advise not lifting this ban.

1: I did not lie. I'm COMPLETELY sure Feweh DID spoke to me about the whole experiment issue, specifically saying : ''Ye, that's fine'', And i'm aware that lying is not the best option. I have, and will always have ZERO reason to lie in Feweh's, or in any staff's name.

2: I tough you had a look in the logs, as you asked me a certain time in the round wich role i played as.

3: Stated in the first one above.

4: When i spoke to Feweh, believing you or not, I specified in the ahelp: ''Harmfull tests'', as long as turning someone in a brain-bot and injecting someone with a harmfull chemicall is a different thing, the player that agreed being the subject for this kind of thing was aware and wanted to do it.

5: I ahelp to make sure that nothing i do is against rules, if i just get a no, i won't do it. I performed this whole Brain Bot test based in Feweh's answer, The reason i see i was banned is for turning someone in a brain bot, not lying, making this ban a half misunderstanding.
