Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): So I appealed a 1 week ban for throwing knives into people, it was a infection game-mode and the dude shot me in the chest with a shotgun going down on the dropship. I appeal, they couldn't find anything from the logs for it asking if I changed my Ckey, I mentioned one that might of helped being Goon Is Love Goon Is Life, while saying I had a few of them I've not used in, Literal, years. Then looked into them and I thought having multiple was fine since I thought notes just went over with the IP, even then I wasn't using it to get around job-bans since I don't think I was job-banned on any of my accounts, except Maybe commander? But I'm not whitelisted so I couldn't get around that anyway. I read the rules once when I started in 2015, when I started playing, and they boiled down to don't be a dick so I followed it
After that they looked into it harder and noticed I seemed to have multi-keyed. Literally Over A Year Old. So I thought you'd like to treat this as a multi-key case over a year old and me appealing for it? I've literally not done it for over a year, and I was uber-new to SS13 at the time and CM was so shiny and unique. I'm a long-time player of CM and I've seen it develop into something really cool, so I'd like to keep playing.
So the perma-ban reason was, I'm guessing multi-keying. I've matured in SS13-custom and actually to the theme of the game and have not done it since then, and if I've not done it for a year you're damn well sure I wont be doing it ever again, it just ruins the fun of the game. Consequence is there for a reason after all
TL;DR banned for multi-keying over a year ago, I've matured since then and would be happy if you'd accept me back. It's not like I hid it, I openly admitted I had multiple accounts on the ban-appeal, and I was indecisive as hell back then, and just wanted to change my account name. I had a 2 month harry potter phase where I named myself 'Voldewart'. Bad, dark times

I've stopped completely of my own accord for over a year, admitted it freely in the 1 week ban appeal, been a part of this community since the start, and also have never been disrespectful to staff. If I stopped multi-keying myself with literally no reason to do so since I was not caught, other than me not Wanting to multi-key, for over a Year, I think that's pretty good evidence in my favour? If not, you can always put a note on saying 'ban if he even burps wrong'

This is not true. You've multikeyed in the last few months actually, and gotten notes on two different accounts recently.

oh yea fair enough, but you get incredibly bored as xenos, and I always try to actually entertain the admins before the marines land if there's a few of them, since they've got nothing to do. And I mean that conga line was like 27 xenos long it was great
in regards to the multi-keying, I didn't do it to evade any bans, I really did think notes just transferred with IP, and it's not like I did it with the intention to *actually* evade anything. The notes I earned, 3+ months ago, aren't exactly serious. I've played on LucifersSon for the past while, I mean c'mon the goon phase that name is terrible, and I have no 'job-bans' to evade, or neither did I play while I was banned on any other account. I didn't multi-key to ruin other peoples fun, get revenge ect. I also never died, logged out and re-logged in on another account, for the past like year and a half, or 400 days or so. Since when I did do that I was brand spanking new to SS13 and a salty mother fucker, that I'm not anymore.
I've also never disrespected staff, know a few of you personally and play other games with 'em (janky DF multiplayer fighting eachother sharing screens, works everytime) and been fine in OOC. Barring that one time years ago I got annoyed at the British state of parliment and harped on about it in Dsay. SS13 is wildly know to be politics 101

I think a heavy probationary period where we watch closely for multi keying would be appropriate. For once, the appeal has actually convinced me the player has changed, and deserves a second chance.

Here's the thing, in your last appeal, you said you had 6 ckeys, but you had only used Lucifers Son and not the others in years. However, we dug up notes on 4 accounts. 2 had notes in 2017 and 2 had notes in 2016, which means you were multikeying at least 4 accounts and lied about it. I gotta go with a hard pass on this one as of right now.

I said 6 c-keys because those where all the ones saved in the BYOND drop down menu, even if I can't remember the password to like 4 of them, as well as the actual 'playtime' of those accounts would be very small
and for the 2 in 2017 I got into my goon phase and out of it real fast, even I see the name of 'Goon Is Love Goon Is Life' bad now, my prior judgement was horrific as you can tell. The constant 'Goon server is trash X server is better' also helped, nearly every single time I spoke in OOC my god

That doesn't address that your appeal is saying you hadn't multikey in "literally over a year", but we had 4 ckeys accruing notes within one year of each other.

Essentially, your appeal raises the time between multikeying and the number of keys used as a plausible defense, however the information presented is false. It was not literally over a year since you had multikeyed. It was a handful of months between your main key and the goon key, and slightly less than a year between the others.

true enough, though the point of me not multi-keying 100% of my own accord still makes a valid point, as well as the actual multi-keying not for any benefit other than aesthetic name changes, I'le change it if you want but I would need the amount of months/ slightly less than a year numerically so this wouldn't happen again, since they're very un-precise

so a TL;DR well I may be reading that wrong (more than likely actually I'm blind as hell)
I've only been banned twice? I think? And from what I can see not in 2017, one ban in 2016 for shitting up dsay and one ban in 2015 for screwing around with shields, with 7 warnings, 4 of them being for trivial stuff like screwing around in Xeno chat due to boredom or trying to entertain the admins via conga lines

true, but I honestly thought notes just transferred over with IPs, since if they didn't multi-keying like this would be too easy (which it was, I literally did it by accident later on). I never did it to avoid bans, or with the intent to avoid warnings ect that could influence a mod/admins opinion on what punishment should be handed out.
The only time I actually used it to influence the game was well over a year ago, in 2015, and with actually using more than 1 account only happening 6/8 months ago (I think? Since the dude hasn't told me that yet or I'm blind and haven't seen it)
If that's not enough to actually clear me of the perma-ban completely, maybe like someone suggested before, a trial period of 'ban if he even looks at you funny' could be undertaken, since I don't see the risk of that going badly unless I don't deserve it. In which I get bannu'ed forever and ever and ever
