Aurorastation, sometimes yogstation, I'm a fairly new player and made a new account, this one, to play specifically on this server since I assumed the reason I was banned was because I play using wine. I've heard that when you play SS13 while using wine, you tend to carry other people's bans with you since Byond sees us all as one key. So, after partitioning my hard drive and downloading Windows, just to play this server, I have found that I'm still banned.

No, never. I always play IC and although don't understand all of the mechanics tend to not be a total dick towards anyone unless it's my objective.
Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned):
Banned by host: L10JUN2015 - Threatening to DDOs the server. This isn't really a threat, because we rent a VPS from a data-center, and have a FAIR amount of bandwidth, and DDOs protection through the company.

Have you attempted to log into the server with the Ckey Borrjay? I can't seem to find to find any login attempts within the past month, and as you said, your account is new. Are you sure you switched ckeys when trying to log into the server?

Yes, I have tried to login with my Borrjay account and login. It didn't work, unless a ckey is something I just don't have any clue about. I tried logging into the server a couple times yesterday.

It seems the server has not picked up your ckey (Borrjay) and instead is registering you as a guest.

If you've attempted to log onto the server at some point in the past with another ckey, maybe I could trace that one. Otherwise, I think this is beyond (no pun intended) me, and I will leave this to someone more adept at logdiving.

Seems like you're completely clean. Couldn't find any evidence of you attempting to ban evade. Now we wait for a head to process this.

Ok, some quick questions:

1. Are you using a VPN?
2. Have you ever used a CID evader?
3. Do you know who Level5god is?
4. Why does your IP change cities each time you logon to the forum? It was Tennesse, then South Carolina.

1. No, never have.
2. I have no idea what that even is.
3. No idea, again.
4. I also, again, have no idea. I live in South Carolina and at one point when I signed in yesterday it was through my phone but besides that, no idea.

Now, I just attempted to log into the server again but it did not work. I've tried relogging in multiple times as well. I've never cheated or for that matter even played Colonial Marines.

Ok, well, since your IPs seem to from an actual ISP, I'm going to remove you from the sticky. Let me know if it works.

Aha! So, it may have worked, however now there seems to be another perma ban from December, 2015. "Banned by host: F5DEC15 - Griefer/Spam/Script Kiddy who thinks he knows how to evade"

Sorry for being a pain in the ass, I just really want to play on this server.

Your account creation date is literally the SAME DAY as both your FORUM ACCOUNT AGE and your BAN APPEAL.

So unless you played Aurorastation and Yogstation on another account...

No big deal, guys. Sorry for late response as my job requires an extreme amount of my time. To answer these questions, yes I have made this account "Borrjay" just to play on your server. My other account, which I have since deactivated, was used to play yogstation and Aurora. Now I play this account on Aurora also, as well as TGstation a little bit. Yes, also I am using a Mac. Since partitioning my hard drive was costly in terms of hard drive space for Windows I have stopped using the Windows side and just been playing Mac.

Hopefully this clears up some confusion.

Also, the next layer of Permabans seems to be lifted. Now it says... "Banned by host: F - Congrats, you may have unified the SS13 servers. That's a LOT of alt accounts..."

Truthfully, if there is just no way for me to play I understand but this server is one of the reasons I ever wanted to play this game. Just let me know, it just seems like a lot of trouble to put you guys through.

Yeah, I figured it was Mac when I saw the spread of Stickybans.

All WINE users share the same "Windows registration key". As a result, someone got it banned awhile back so it's a frequent issue with stickies.. It should be fixed now, let me know if there's more trouble.
