Well, sometimes my internet can tell me this is http://imgur.com/Zu0IpO7 and I'm losing connection. It can last from 5 to 555 minutes and I do not know what I can do if it happened, unfortunately (not always, rarely, but, happens)

Still. This ban was on DeVerezzer account, and was transferred on DeLineFortune too.

I can attest as a character witness for this player. They thoroughly enjoy playing as a Medic and have done so for a long time prior to this ban. I have also seen them go SSD due to spotty connection and come back many a time.
