If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): I don't know why I was perma-banned from specialist, although I think it's because one time at round start, like a few months ago before the whole Almayer change, as a specialist I had to go urgently and I didn't have the time to tell staff. Came back the next day, and I see that I'm perma-banned from specialist.

When it says round start, it doesn't mean like as soon as I spawned in. I geared up and was at briefing and then like at the end I had to go. Couldn't tell staff because I didn't have the time.

Before first drop is considered round start, as Marines don't really do anything before they're on the ground locking out a slot before then I'd against the rules

In fact, it's somewhat worse after you've fully geared up, because you've not only locked up a slot, but also locked up a weapon. Ahelping literally takes 5 seconds, and saves you a lot of trouble.

I had expected that my body would've been offered to ghosts. However, I realize that I screwed up by not ahelping, and I apologize for that. It's still a bit overkill how I have to go SSD one round and I get a perma-ban from specialist.

No, that's a pretty typical response for going ssd at roundstart as a critical role.

And we generally don't offer marine bodies to ghosts, only xeno bodies, for future reference.

Critical? I didn't really see specialist as a critical role. Also, thanks for the heads-up about offering bodies. It'll help me avoid slip-ups in the future.
