Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Moved into my college dorm and set my computer up, decided to see if CM worked here, ban appears.

Ok gave this a look and going to confirm this is very likely just a byond bug. I was looking at the ban file in the log server shortly before it updated and I noticed the cid and ip were just added randomly, they weren't there prior to me looking and very likely just a weird bug.

Not necessarily a Byond Bug, there are things you can't see with the base file. I'll investigate this more thoroughly when I get back from Indiana Sunday night.

For what it's worth, I trust them and have told them to apply for staff four days before they caught in this.

I don't remember the ckey ever popping up in PM's from mods and I've had friendly interactions with the character, so I'd be willing to believe it's just a bug or something and not that they've actually murdered 17 innocent baldies in cryo or something.
