Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): It is very, very difficult to appeal when you get banned without warning and with a very broad description. It would be cool if you guys replied me some info. But I'll do my best to tell you what I know.

Two or three weeks ago, my friend showed me this chad meme and we thought it would be funny if we were chads in-game. We created new characters and did our best to follow the guild lines to be a chad in the meme. It was about 10 minutes after the dropship landed that an admin (who's name I forgot) found it sketchy that we looked the exact same. After asking my friend some questions (which he answered very badly), the admin banned both of us for one week exact (for metacomming even though all we were doing was having giggles being chads). Me, being salty person I am, didn't go appeal the week ban and neither did my friend. I thought it was over after the week ban, maybe the admin made a mistake of making it an week ban but intended to perma ban.

After the week ban I started playing colonial marines normally again. Normally by myself but my friend did join somewhat occasionally, at most we'd play in-game blackjack after which he runs off on his own and gets killed by FF, gets really mad, and then proceeds to cigarette shitpost in his Cambodian drum making image boards. It is true that I talk with my friend while I play but It's usually just us talking about politics or him complaining (I guess I don't have an recording or proof though so I guess saying that doesn't mean much), I don't think this warrants an perma ban but I don't know what you admins are thinking so I want at least an explanation or an Investigation. I was playing non-combat roles (CMO, MP, etc.) all yesterday because I caught the cold and didn't feel like fighting. I didn't get a single admin warning or whatever during the time that I was on and I played till 12:44 AM 2017-08-23 which is when I went to sleep. I woke up few hours later and attempted to connect and that is when I saw the ban screen and decided to try and appeal. I really want to play colonial marines again and thank you for taking your time to read my appeal.

Our perma bans work on the basis that we ban you for a week and then file a perma, then we just wait till the host or vice host processes it. It's likely that's just how long it took to process it.

You're not changing the fact that you metacommed with your friend to the point of not even using words, were memeing on a medium RP server, and then when you and your friend were confronted by an admin, lied and was snarky as fuck. I was there for this and told the staff member to file for perma because when confronted you failed to admit to metacomms and responded solely with "great minds think alike".

If you and your friend hadn't been snarky little shits, I wouldn't have had the staff member file the perma.

Your post is confusing me as my friend. The admin that was in charge of the ban only questioned my friend (which my friend responded really badly hence your post and the fact that I said he responded badly in my first post). The only message I got from the admin was the one that said I was banned for one week. Also my friend ran off into the darkness (the map was big red) (he did that because of the meme) so I didn't really have the chance the communicate with him and I got lost in the dark(plus the no headseat thing from the meme). I'd guess the memeing on the medium RP thing is valid though and yeah I guess it was pretty stupid now that I think about it, but it was not specified in my permaban.

If you're going to excessively metacomm with your friend, then you're also going to be responsible for his actions. Kinda like if two people commit a crime they're both responsible for any other crime the other commits during, so the lying and snarky bullshit extends to you as well.

If I was going to be a snarky shit I wouldn't go through the time and effort to write this appeal. And the only "excessive" metacomm we did was that we pulled a dumb meme together. If the admin considered asking the other person after they got a bad answer we wouldn't be here doing this.

Whenever we have people sharing an IP or metacomming, it's common practice for us to only speak to one of them since they'll obviously pass on the information. It would be a waste of our time to speak to both or more, sometimes we have 3 or 4 people metacomming or sharing IPs, so I'm sorry you didn't get picked and I'm sorry your friend couldn't not be a dick for one minute.

Fact of the matter is, your "dumb meme" cost marines resources and ensured two new xenos were born. So, essentially, you pulled a dumb meme that specifically hurt your own team. I really don't see any reason that you should be unbanned at this point in time, especially considering it has only been a week or two since your perma.
