Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Dear Best Admin and most handsome staff member Kavlo While I don't have screenshot evidence I seem to recall not just killing said marine because "he didn't like the guy" but because they blew me away with a shotgun and then proceeded to threaten me, though this I do not remember well because it was awhile ago. I'm sorry for my past transgressions and I'm currently trying to make myself a more well-rounded player by playing a lot more of CM and I do really love the server so much so that it's the only one I currently play apart from some yog every now and then. What I'm trying to say is... forgive me? Please?

I don't believe you're ready to play as a Squad lead yet, unless you keep your habit of improper escalations in check.

Considering the recent bans you received, and your past history of similar acts, i'd say give it more time before appealing for your job ban to be lifted. I think it would do whichever squad you're leading a disservice if we let you lead them based on your tendency to want to kill them off if they agitate you the wrong way. Learn to handle IC issues properly and then consider appealing again.
