Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Okay i dont know why i was banned but i never did anything what it said i did. all i did last night at 6am was being a squad marine and following my orders and after awhile i got killed so i decided to head off for the night and go to bed and after i woke up today, i was banned for that reason. Thats all i know.

To elaborate on this a bit, there was a person who came on named Cute Anime Girl that was the perfect example of a troll griefer. At one point you'd logged in from an IP that was only a single digit off from the one they used to grief, which was on a VPN linking you to them via logs. That's effectively the gist of it.

The evidence in question is a result of you using a VPN on August 3rd, do you remember anything about that?

Yes i remember that. i was using a VPN because i got banned for 1 day i thought using a VPN was gonna bypass but it didnt. i knew it was a mistake for doing that. i should of instead just waited for my ban timer to lift up.

I've performed an investigation of it and sent the results to Feweh privately.

Regardless of my findings, this exact situation is why VPNs aren't allowed; you don't know who could crop up with a similar IP and place you into situations later that you had nothing to do with.

So we have the possibility that you're a hardcore griefer, you've admitted to attempting to ban evade, which is against the rules, and you've admitted to using a VPN, which is also against the rules.

Why exactly should we unban you?

Because i made mistakes in the past and i learned from them. i haven't broke a rule since then and i want to be unbanned because i enjoy playing on this server. But if you dont wanna unban me thats fine. ill accept it.

No i'm not ban evading. why would i be when i said i haven't broke a rule since that 1 day ban.

But you have broken a rule since that 1 day ban. You've been using a VPN this entire time, and that's a permabannable offense.

i never had my VPN on the whole time. last time i had it on was August 3rd and that was the 1 day ban but after that i've been using my original IP Address. i only used a VPN for like 10 mins and thats it

In that case, you've also now said you've attempted to ban evade by breaking a rule that explicitly says "STRICTLY FORBIDDEN".

Way I see it, either you're this cute anime girl guy who was multikeying, erping, and griefing. Or you're a guy who's tried ban evading using a VPN, two different permabannable offenses. Either way, I think you should not be unbanned at this point in time.
