i watched the mandalore gaming review of ss13 and i wanted to play colonial marines and i couldnt connect because of the ban message so i went and played on yogstation and its fun, but i really want to try this.:

After doing searches for his CKey I can't find anything at all in the logs. So unless something was spelled wrong in it, this'll definitely be an Apop thing.

the 5 people on my campus who I got to play ss13 cant connect to the server either. On discord people told me that someone got my campus ip banned, but i dont know anyone who played ss13 here before this month

This is the issue with apops banning an IP which affected the campus probably. Gotta wait for someone to fix it.

Also, your IP does not come back at a university when I run it.

no idea whats with the ip, but what are ckeys? Usernames? Or the ban appeal number C25SEP2015 because everyone has the same message. If its usernames ill ask

Ckeys are Usernames.
The ban appeal number is a code composed of:
(First letter of the Accoount with the ban)(Day)(Month)(year)

This one, is a very old one. It's actually possible that whoever played there back then has graduated and moved on IF it is indeed a university or college.

Ok so the ckeys are Giov180, Hanzo2, and BarbadosEZ since the others stopped playing lol. Merco got so mad he deleted his account. A clown on hippie slipped and strangled him in front of the whole crew.

Here's what I will do.
I will place a SINGLE EXCEPTION for your Ckey only.
If you cause any trouble though, you'll be banned right away due to the fact that so many griefers are associated with your IP.

Let me know if it's working.
