Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): During the time this had occurred, I was going through a rather rough time. Lost my place of residence, lost internet access through normal means, ECT. Tough shit going on back then. To remedy my situation, and get my fix in, I had begun to use my phone as a Hotspot, purchasing ' Packs ' of data from the company I go through.

Unfortunately, these things can also cost a pretty penny, I'm quite sure some of you know, and also can sometimes take more than half a day to actually spring into effect. ( Shitty service provider be damned. ). So there I was, playing SS13, and I chose to try out the Researcher class. Logged in, round started, and all was well. Went to the briefing to attend, and then everything stopped working. My ' Pack ' of data had ran out. Quickly, I decided to purchase more data to continue to get my rather rampant addiction of SS13 in, and successfully purchased yet another $20 pack that contained 2 GB of data. When I went to use it to log in....

The service provider had yet to add it to my overall plan.

It took hours for it to actually be added, a fact of which I am still not exactly happy with. By the time I had logged back in, quite a few rounds had passed. And the damage had been done. Saw the ban, and asked about it, being notified of the reasons thereafter.

Rather than immediately appealing said ban, I chose to wait until my conditions had improved, play more on Colonial Marines to show my commitment to the server, and show my sincerity towards quality of roleplay(Edit), and as well, abidance to the rules themselves.

With this all in mind, I understand that it is my responsibility to have a stable internet connection if I choose to play in a round that can take up to three hours, and take up a valuable slot to boot. I understand completely if this is rejected, and will not decry your choice in action.

Guessing this is low priority, due to the nature of the perma-ban on the role? Happy to wait as long as needed if so. Looks like the server currently has it's hands full with other ban cases as well, so understandable.
