- Learned my lesson well. No more prisoner torturing or missplacing MP ID's or doing anything like that without approval of the High Command.
-Well at 11th of october I was working a nightshift and well while being on laptop my cellphone signal has went kaput and I could not connect back to the game at all. I was AFK because I have had the work to do and didnt had the chance to Cryo before it has happened. Sorry :/

Oddly they were job-banned from CMP back on the 20th of August but not MP. In regards to the MP job-ban it's completely understandable why that happened, so I can't really say anything on that.

You should probably have just made one with both of them at the same time.
No longer applicable, this appeal seems to be the one they would like to put forward.

So, the MP one, I might be willing to lift that. But not the CMP/WO one. It's WAY too outside the bounds of the job for you to torture. Maybe, if there was a REALLY good RP reason.

Its alright, entirely up to you. All I am saying is that even if you lift the CMP/WO ban I wont be doing any torturing. I have done a pretty bad deed when it comes to being WO at that round when it comes to torturing a prisoner to give out the info about those UPP fliers that were being dropped into maint tunnels, and really ID vanishing was not my fault. I have left it with CO on the bridge only to go to Cryo afterwards because I have had to go.

I was on this round and I ahelped about him terminating my ID because I was apprently dropping UPP fliers as an MP, (i wasn’t) and the proof he had was that he had m3 armor strands and like a standard’s gloves. I was arrested nonetheless, he terminated my ID while I was under investigation, but alas, there wasn’t much more he could get when his other evidence pointed elsewhere.

Anyway, he made a lot of poor calls as the CMP, and even when I told him to quit torturing this prisoner, he continued. Personally, I would prefer his CMP not lifted yet.

I'm wary of an unban for CMP for the termination of an MP's ID and carrying out a torture at all on a prisoner. They seem to have avoided notes besides that though, so I would be supportive of the MP unban and seeing how they carry out the role from here. I'd want to see them prove they can carry out the role properly before I see an unban of CMP though.

Though I do want to ask why they left without ahelping or heading to cryo.

CMP Job ban lift = No

MP Job ban lift = Ehh.. sure.

Like said a few times before MP is not a role to take lightly, both from a rules and RP perspective. I would say if they are un-jobanned from MP then any bad staff interaction could lead to their job-ban being reapplied.
