I literally looked in our logs... It shows last time you played was on March 14th... It doesn't show any attempted logins after, or the ban itself.

So it seems you've got some possibilities of being a multikeyer and in one of your previous appeals you even went and set a different ckey as the one you were attempting to appeal like you've done here.

Okay so I have 2 accounts myself, Ive been playing byond since i was 14 years old. Not that suspicious i dont think. But i also have mentioned before that i lived with my family, and we had all played colonial marines together a few times, you guys could probably look and see that we were all playing at once, and from different computers, im assuming you can tell because the IP's would be differnet? idk. anyways im not trying to side step anything. Its been a long time either way, its not like I think about it often. Im not trying to cause any problems. Just like to play again. Sorry about not putting the other ban appeals in here, I wasent thinking about it. Anyways. Mattaki44 is my Current byond User Id that ive been using, Static and verpine are my brother and dad, I offered to Skype as proof but that was denied. I do not however reside with them anymore, Im on my own now, So there wouldnt be any multiple account mix up anymore. Sorry about the delay in Response as well, been busy with work.

Other then Im sorry for past disgressions, I know i was stupid and fucked up, I think Colonial Marines Is a very fun game, Im glad its still going strong. and its a good chunk of the Byond gaming community I feel like. The problem is, there's not real way to confirm that, and the bans are on your specific account.

Those are all associated as well. And considering all the IPs are nearly the same, I doubt it's someone spoofing you.

Also, looking it up, it looks like the initial ban reason was related to samiiel, which is YOUR ACCOUNT.

Considering, you didn't leak your previous ban appeals, the ban is confirmed to have been placed ON YOU (not on a family member), and the original nature of the ban, I'm really leaning towards denying this.


Have you played on other servers since the ban, and not gotten in trouble or caused problems?

FletcherJames< Upgraded my Computer, Which resulted in me getting a new mother board and processor and all that. so i thought, wth mabye i can make a new account and try and play again.

I didnt know you guys could track all that stuff... crazy.. and I Understand and accept all responsibility for my actions. Im just trying to figure out how to get myself out of trouble and able to play again.

And as far as other SS13 Servers, I Did used to play Fallout 13 when it as halfway popular, but other then that ive only jumped into random SS13 servers on a very rare occasion to play a round, usually Goon or something like that. But I havent ever been banned from Any server ever, except Colonial Marines.

I feel like my biggest mistake was not sending someone a message about my brother and dad all playing at the same place, and Multikeying is obviously a very serious matter, Looking back I wish I had read the rules a little sooner so i knew i needed to do it. we never had a problem playing together before on other servers. but i can understand why its so strictly inforced here.

And in awnser to Andralimas's Questions, the reason ive put different Ckeys in is because I honestly dont remember which one i was using at the time. and at what point in time.
Masterchief555 was second account i ever made, Verpine plaster was my First, handed those down to my Brothers. And T.J Walker would defainetly be a name my little brother Seann would pick. I generally go with Samiel Mattaki, Or Samiel Jerringer, or ill use Samuel instead sometimes.
Static668 Is my Fathers account. he would play a medic or doctor type sometimes, but didnt play often, just on weekends if he was bored and me and my brothers were playing.
My brother Anthony would play too, On Verpine Plaster I think. Mabye Antknee668 idk.
None of them play Byond anymore though as we only played CM primarily together.

Its frustrating for me because i know you probably dont believe what im telling you, and i dont know how to prove it really besides photos? or something? im willing to do whatever I must in order to clear my name of that Multikeyer bit. Because I promise you I wasent, and they werent multikeying either. you guys can see that we had all been on together at the same time too right?


On the Greifing Subject. I dont want to try and Justify or defend my actions. I admit My wrong doing and rule breaking, I do remember with the RO situation, that it was all a misunderstanding on my part, there was some kind of altercation going on, and im 90% sure i wasent the first to start shooting. but I also had no reason to as i wasent involved in the altercation. it was just me being plain fuckin stupid. And putting my nose where it shouldnt have been. Really stupid of me obviously.
Cant remember the random grief that the note below mentions.. All in all though, I admit my guilt. I feel like ive served my time, and i guess thats why im here... seeking parole xD
