Type Of Ban (Job-ban, Timed Ban, Permaban): No idea? I'm guessing it's a permaban based on the date.

Admin who banned you (if known): Says banned by host? I think.

Total Ban Duration: I imagine it's forever but I have no idea.

Remaining Duration: Yeah it doesn't tell me.

What other servers do you play on? Aurora and Paradise but mostly Aurora.

Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones? Never been banned from a another server before, at least to my knowledge.

Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): L10JUN2015 - Threatening to DDOs the server. This isn't really a threat, because we rent a VPS from a data-center and have a FAIR amount of bandwidth, and DDOS protection through the company.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Um. I've recently gotten back into Space Station 13 after not playing for about 3-4 years. Colonial Marines looked like some good action relaxation after the heavy RP required on Aurora but I haven't been able to join because of this ban. I'm not entirely sure where it came from, nor do I think a younger version of me would have threatened a DDOS (in the event this did happen and I just don't remember it) so I'm not quite sure what evidence I could provide.

Thank you in advance. I understand if there's some sort of risk that stops me from playing on CM. I can keep playing on Aurora but I'd really like the opportunity to try a new playstyle and meet new people. (:

2. I'm about to fall off the front page.
3. The rules say I'm not allowed to message staff so I'm guessing my only way to notify anyone is by posting here.

A few questions
Do you use any kind of MAC wrappers?
Do you use a VPN?
Do you use a proxy server?

Mac wrappers (Most common being Wineskin) and any other program equal to that use a single ID to allow Byond to work on Mac computers.

This is a ban that catches multikeyers.
This is what could trigger it:
1. A VPN
2. A Mac
3. A CID Scrambler
4. A pirated copy of windows (This can cause a shared CID)
Are you doing/using any of those?

I only have history with wineskin and a pirated copy of Windows.

My girlfriend (erin0squarin) has a mac and tried to use wineskin to start playing but ran into problems using it so I let her use my laptop to play SS13, although that's pretty recent. Like, within the past week recent. That's on my laptop which has had Nubbify logged into it.

I used to use a pirated copy of Windows, but that was from three years ago to about a year and a half ago before I got a legitimate copy through my university. Other than that, there's no history of usage of anything else to my knowledge.

I'm not asking to judge, but because Pirated Windows and Wineskin can get you falsely tagged as other people since they share some identifying data.

I'm thinking this is a false positive on our detector though, since it tossed you into a big lump ban.

I'll add an exception for your Login key. let me know if it works.
