IP ban request

Hello there,

this is not standard unban request. After long time I tried to connect to server and I got an ban notification (see screen). An admin, who I contacted via discord, recommended me to write here a request.

I tried to connect from these IP addresses:
185.52.172.221
185.140.245.230

both with same error/ban.
(Maybe there is banned all from 185.*.*.* ? )

Neither of those IPs has generated any logs. From your ckey, I see different IPs than the ones mentioned. Maybe they're old IPs, since your last login I see is in April, then before then in February.

No notes on the key provided either.

Those IPs are from the Czech Republic.

It looks like they are directly blocked via the firewall because in the past someone using that ISP ( Connect plus s.r.o. ) attempted a DDOS attack on the server.

They are from CZ should have access from Pilsen (city), and those are from Prague and Brandys nad Labem. The provider from mentioned IPs is not the same. If there is firewall can you make exception for my byond ID? Thanks

I can't make an exception for your Byond ID, that's not how Firewalls work. I'll look into how the firewall is doing it. If it's blocking a range, it might not be something I can easily adjust.

I checked it again and it seems there are blocked all IPs from CZ. Some protection it sais when I tried it from office.

Soo.. I think, there is no blocked range because I am in Amsterdam with IP 77.60.58.74 and it is he same. Can be blocked/banned my nickname?

Are you using ISP Alliance? It looks like they are flagged several times as supporting hackers and such outside SS13, and people in SS13 use them to hide their IP.

I don't know what is ISP Alliance, but I should to know that I use it. So probably I don't use it. I am running byond on mac, should it be reason?

Your Access IP came back as owned by ISP Alliance.

And yes, Using WINE will result in getting caught in a stickyban, but not this stickyban.

Ah understand. Correct. One of my IPs is from ISP Alliance. But I tried to connect from second internet connection, from office, from Amsterdam (1000km away), from mobile internet. Is it possible that all of these IPs are blocked?

They are all blocked now. The first one added you to the list, and each additional one got added.

I don't have idea what can I do. Can't you just unlist all my IPs and nick form these black lists?

Not really. Sometimes we make Ckey exceptions, but if you have a dynamic IP it'll just keep rebanning you.
