Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Hyperzine ODs at 6u, the highest amount of Hyperzine within each Cigarette was 5u in the Premium Cigars, The Hyperzine Laced Cigarettes had a mixture of Hyperzine, Bicaridine and Dylovene at a total of 5u Per Cigarrete in two packages. This is Nowhere near OD limits, hence the very lable 'Hyperzine Laced' opposed to 'Hyperzine Filled'. And I would like to note that none of the people in which I was accused of Griefing were killed, merely hit with 5u Chloral Hydrate while attempting to be apprehended for the Hyperzine laced Cigarettes. All of which was within my rights to attempt to escape.

So the problem that you're not addressing or taking responsibility for here is that your actions are completely RP inappropriate for the doctor role and for a medium RP server.

Medical Researcher, Not Doctor. And as a Researcher it's my job to research means to improve marine efficiency. Not be a backup doctor as the excessive cuts to Research abilities that developers have made by removing protolaithes, a huge chunk of applicable chemical combinations, and craft-able materials (Such as the large chemical grenade canister only found as a loot-able object on Solaris ridge). As for 'medium rp', As a Researcher awaiting the complete lack of CMO and any Command staff early that round to be filled, I took it upon myself to find a means of ensuring that a low population crew had available stimulants to assist with their mission. Make one man worth two. So, found a means to give a low dosage of Hyperzine in a way that a lot of people use (Cause apparently everyone thinks smoking's cool). Got accused, denied allegations until got caught out. Funny enough only a single MP came to apprehend me, so I knocked him out with knowing that I had a fellow researcher who would open up the cell after I left. My normal escape was routed, so I made a decoy escape which turned into having to seal myself until I could make a calculated escape. They are appropriate for a Researcher, and for a man not wanting to be apprehended by people who apparently had a kill intent instead of a capture intent. (Flamer, Pulse Rilfe, that's not very capture-driven.) The only reason my actions could be called 'RP inappropriate' is because I didn't go down without a fight.

So let me provide my side of the story since the only staff on at the time were Cry of Wolves and myself. I was playing the CMO and it was fairly low pop at the time.

So, I was just doing my thing, setting up medical and chilling in my office when I saw over the radio that apparently a researcher had kidnapped an MP and was held up in research. I went to the upper deck to find that the CE was already breaching through the wall to try and rescue the MP. We got into research and nothing seemed amiss really except the lockdown, no blood or anything at least. Then I went to check on the containment cells and found the MP locked and trapped in one of them. We started checking lockers since there was only one way out and nobody left past us and found that there was a researcher just sitting in a locker in one of the quarantine cells, when we opened the locker he had a beaker + syringe in hand and started making metal foam so that we couldn't reach him.

It should be noted that to my knowledge there were no other MPs on at the time, and it was fairly low pop, so we had to do our best to handle the situation.

I think it was Arker, the XO, and myself who were standing outside of the quarantine cell debating on how to handle the situation. Eventually the other two walked in while I stood back and Xarnata burst out of the locker and injected all three of us with paralyzes and ran off.

It should also be noted that he did ALL of this without ever saying a word. He never attempted to explain himself, why he apparently kidnapped the MP and locked him in a cell, nothing. Just sat there in a locker waiting for us to come in so he could shoot us full of paralytics.

I was the CE at the time, and Arkter kept screaming that Xarnata kidnapped an MP, and after realizing we couldn't get in, I broke my way in to get to the MP, only to find Xarnata hiding in a cell with metal foam. Yes, they had guns, but I REALLY doubt they'd use them considering the rules on lethal force.

So i am the third guy involved in this. I had saw you kipnapping an MP as a Researcher. And called for help. I agree with Wubs4Scrubs statement. As you had not said a single word when we broke in. And injected us three with paralytics.
