I started to play byond a few days ago and went to test the space station 13, a server called ''colonial marines'' that my friend indicated to me and when I went try to play appeared an alert ''you are banned by ERP'' being that I never played colonial marines

I started playing byond because a friend next to my house plays too, and because of this error I can not log in.

Okay, first off, stop quoting me twice and don't double post. Put everything in one post, especially if you're gonna quote someone.

We're gonna look into this, but it's a thing that takes a while. Permabans aren't top priority, but we'll take a look at this when we get the chance and see if there's some mistake and a way we can fix this.

Can you pull us a screenshot or quote exactly what happens when you log in? There's no code that looks like X##XXX##? (# being random numbers and X being random letters)

That was an extremely unwise thing to do. At this point, we have no real way to know if you're just the person who committed the original ban or not. Why would you even log in with their account?

he wanted to know if it was possible that I could log in with his account from my computer, and when I tried to log in with an account that I created I got banned just like him.

Thought I would briefly chime in here.

I was banned for doing this exact same thing (investigating a friends account after they got hit with the WINE ban).

While it was a pain in the ass for Apophis to undo, I was eventually unbanned. There is a historical precedence of this sort of ban being undone.

BUT that friend did make a seperate appeal and we both confirmed each others identites and relationship in our appeals.

You might need to get your friend to make an appeal as well.

That's probably what's going to need to go down. Your friend is going to have to make an appeal using his home network (no VPN) as a start. Maybe Apop will have a better idea of what to do with it being he's dealt with this before, but it's not looking good.
