Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):
This ban is from a while back and I was wanting to have the option of rolling squad medic again and exploring research. From what I remember from the incident I was squad medic, and rather new at the role, I accidentally injected a marine with 2 quick clots and caused him to OD, he swiftly died and there wasn't much I could do since I had no dylovene left. So, I went on to the next marine frustrated with myself, at the same time another medic went onto the same guy, a combination of me not paying attention and not checking my scanner caused me to OD yet another marine. Since I was the last guy to inject him it was clearly my fault for the overdose. Rather than getting them to medical aboard the Sulaco (I think it was around the Sulaco time) I quit the game. This is at-least what I remember from the event, there may be another few things in notes that I've missed? Thanks.

Notes:
Pretty straightforward in events. You've been active on the server over the months?

Yep, obviously staying well away from medical. I've been mainly playing PO and SL.

Re: Medical Job Ban Appeal
Well being the ban was 5 months ago and you haven't gotten any notes, I'd probably be fine with having this lifted. Up to apop in the end, however.

I'm planning to yes, I like to keep my options open at round start too so If I fancy playing a medical role I'm able to. I'll probably create another character for medical but thats somewhat unrelated to the thread.
