Thank you for giving me the opportunity to once again attempt for an appeal on this server. I will start by saying I still respect the rules and regulations that I have been placed under before and during the time of my ban. I have not once attempted to mask my IP or anything or logged on using another account. There may have been login attempts from my one and only IP, but to be honest, that was only just to check my status and to gather the info needed to place my appeal. i was still banned, anyways.

I will also add that the reason for my banning, I will not defend myself, what I did was wrong in every sense, and I was not intending for it to spiral like that; and I have fully accepted the consequences. I'm pretty sure the other person was perma'd as well for it. I also understand that I may not receive mercy for such an act, but I would like to state that I have never done any ill-will that jeopardized the server during my playtime- I have never intentionally grief'ed, TK'd, meta-d or slandered anyone OOC. I thoroughly enjoy this server, truly, and if it were not true, I would not have put myself under fire again in the appeals section. I have thought a lot about what I've done, and all I wish to do now is to just play some colonial marines on my off times. I will never commit such an act again, and as I stated before, I still respect that rule. It was just a damn shame for myself I let it be.

There are many goals which I would like to achieve in Colonial, the first being to make Researcher great with what it has. I really enjoy the gameplay of the server- I'd even go as far as to say it plays a lot better than some of the AAA games we have today. I won't reuse any of my old sayings in my previous ban appeal- as it has already been reviewed. I'm going to keep it clean and simple, out of respect for the staff.

As a researcher main, I wanted to do my best; and still will- to make sure the roleplay will be kept in check. No more over-the-top-RP.

I want to thank you for reading my appeal, and I hope to be able to kill somemore aliens. If anyone needs any more information, please let me know. Thank you again.

ERP is a serious offense, one we're serious about and stand by that ruling. We'll be looking into the case soon but I suspect you'll probably need to have some more time before/if this gets lifted.

Well, we're looking at the logs, and it's not the worst case out there. This is mostly going to come down to what Feweh and Apop thing about the whole thing. I think you may need another month or two before it can be lifted, but of all the cases out there, this one isn't hopeless. It's still a really stupid thing to do, however.

Thanks for the response! Yes, I realized a little too late, and its completely my fault. If they feel that I need more time away, I will completely agree, as I respect the stance on erp. I will be saddened but ultimately I would want whats best for the server and its what I end up having to deal with and carry with me for some time!

Something of this level ERP, will never be lifted.

Yeah, we've lifted maybe 2 ERP appeals EVER and they were things that were minor. This involved another player and was full-on ERP.
