Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I have a terrible note history I have broken the rules many times and I got permabanned, I was already given my last chance earlier in the year but this server is probably the best one there is, that is why so many people play. I love this community and all of the other servers I play on don't update nearly as much or have so many cool events or just make an average round so fun. I broke the rules I was a shitler at the time I got permabanned and this appeal is 23 days before I said I would post one but I love Colonial Marines and want to play again I am really sorry for my past actions but I want to be a helpful member of the community and have some fun, This is my last appeal.

As a drone, spammed the chat of marines with *dance (By holding the key down). He says it helps him dodge bullets, so I told him to stop spamming and powergaming. by x (x) on Mon, March 6th of 2017

As a nested and infected marine, shouted "QUEEN WHY ARE YOU SLASHING ME" in LOOC. I asked why he IC'd in LOOC, and he said "Because she keeps slashing me for no reason" and "its an OOC issue". While doing surgery, stabbed me in the eyes with a screwdriver many times repeatedly because he said it worked once as a ghetto bone gel. There was bone gel right there, on the table. In both ORs. It still amazes me how you got away with so much before we placed the Perma. We gave you so many chances over the 10 months you were on the server and zero signs of any improvement. Hell, you somehow pulled 6 bans and 3 notes within a single week. I imagine before this gets lifted at all, another server is going to have to say you've improved. Not my call in the end, however, so maybe Feweh and Apop will be in a really good mood when they stop by your appeal.

I play FTL13 on the weekend sometimes and TGstation every once in a while so I would like say like five to ten hours or more

I found my previous appeal and posted it, also I have been playing the game Barotrauma which is inspired by SS13 on the 24/7 server hosted by someone on these forums frequently and have not been banned or warned yet.

I wish I had recorded my own face going from neutral, to curiosity, to surprise, to utter shock while reading those notes. I'm in genuine disbelief about the amount of stuff you did and the frequency with which you were noted and banned. One would think you would get the point after a few warnings and a ban but that was evidently not the case.

That said, that was six months ago. If you've been playing on other servers and kept a clean record there I do believe in giving second chances. I'd be for a ban lift under probation if that's the case.

You got multiple warnings. Every time instead of getting permabanned you were job-banned. Specialist, Req, Liaison, Doctor, smartgunner, researcher.

Why you didn't take the hint and actually improve your overall behavior?

All this non-stop for March to June and beyond.

You were misbehaving for 6 months on this server, dodging the bullet. I think best choice would be either to have 6 months of clear record on all servers you are currently playing on, or 3 months of VERY strict probation without any chance to lift any job bans in close future.

I understand that I have a terrible note history and it seems that I put low effort into the appeal, but I would really appreciate a chance to prove I am a better player I have played frequently on baystation 12 and have not had any notes or bans to my knowledge I have realised the error of my ways and want to prove this to you by playing on this server properly without breaking any rules or tarnishing the experience of other players. I would like to admit that I have made mistakes during my ban duration and I am currently banned from FTL13 and Paradise station I admit that I have obviously done wrong and you probably believe that I will continue to do wrong in the future, please give me another chance so I can prove that I have improved as an SS13 player. I would say that you could just ban me again if I slip up, but I imagine the process is far more difficult than it looks to me as I have never done that sort of thing on any game.

Personally, I’d support a lift to this ban aslong as he accepted a sort of, if he fucks up then he doesn’t get to appeal the next one. I think just have a VERY strict probationary period and let him return with a few restrictions to roles.

I cannot guarantee that I will never break the rules again, I can honestly say that I will attempt to be a better player and wish to prove that to you by being a good player in the game.

Personally, I don't like to bring age and all that into so I don't care about that part. I do care that you got so many notes and warnings and you still never got any better over time. I don't think I'd support this one this time, but I wouldn't be opposed to you getting a chance at coming back under probation, though know if you fail it you're gone for good with no chance to appeal.

As much as I like giving second chances, there have been people with far less 'crimes' being denied and told off for at least a year.

It's not even repetition of small case rule breaks, there are a lot of grief related notes, which I really abhor compared to other ones as it directly harms other players.

So I'm against this, even if the person claims that they have matured, considering they haven't learned much at the time of the ban they need a firm denial here to decisively show this isn't alright.

The reason I brought your age into this is that I dealt with you a number of times and saw a very severe lack of maturity when handling situations involving you and was curious as to how old you are. I'm going to say that, given the severe nature of all of your infractions, this should be denied without prejudice, and the player be allowed to reappeal at the start of April.

Right now, I feel like he needs more time to think over his actions and do some personal growth.

I'd prefer a denial, too many chances to improve all thrown away. If you wanted to play the server you could have improved your behavior at any point previously, and for now I don't really see any reason the permaban should be lifted.
