So, let me start of with an I'm sorry, because I didn't know that even in hours deep of RP killing the cmp wasn't an acceptable outcome. If I had I would have never done it. I just want to make my appeal because it was my first round as CL and the CMP was trying to bring some tangible evidence against me and the company, so I thought it was withing RP terms. I also didn't just plot all round to kill the CMP. It only started after they had jailed me and tried to execute me after cleaning out the CL office. At that point the round was almost over and my compatriots seemed to think the CMP needed to be removed, so as a new CL (I've seen the CL end up killing people a couple of times with no ban) I decided that we would try to get the CMP before she took me down for good. I only want to note that it was all in RP and it was my very first round as CL. I never intended to 'antag', I only was trying to RP as the sleezy W-Y rep that I've always seen from a distance. (also there's no error code when I log in, so I hope you don't need that for job bans). I love this server and I think this incident was just a misunderstanding. If you find it in your hearts to forgive me for this I promise you'll be rewarded with another long term RPer who does his best to play rounds out and make them fun for everyone. I also just wont shoot ANYTHING as CL anymore unless ordered to. I would rather just die in rounds then lose the opportunity to play as the corporate sleezybag on this fantastic server.

Considering im the one who was witness and affected by your crimes ill offer myself up as a witness. I was searching for a duty neglecting LT when I heard the sound of gunfire and bullets hitting flesh, I walked into the washroom of the bunk room to find you mutilating the CMP, you then immediately turned your weapon on me with no RP trying to gun me down before an admin slept you. You claim it was "All in RP" and you were trying to "RP as the sleezy W-Y rep that I've always seen from a distance." Yet you initiated no RP with me, you just immediately lit me up with an m41.

I didn't shoot you. Two of the marines started shooting you (and mabye gary, but I don't think he had a gun at that point(The DR didn't shoot anyone). (I didn't cut up the cmp. I executed them with my gun after some talking). I didn't fire a shot at anyone else. I got admin slept before I could really do anything else. I apologize for my compatriots opening fire, I didn't order it. I did try to get out of the way of the flying bullets as I was right in the middle of the room. Also the alpha marine somehow was a part of the group when I got to the washroom, but I never okay-ed them to the group. They were just kind off there. I didn't even have an M41, I had a pistol that was empty or near empty when others showed up and I threw it on the ground. I didn't really have an opportunity to play the situation out, because it all devolved and I was half way through typing a message when I got admin slept until I got banned. If the logs record the shooting they will show That I didn't shoot anyone else, but in hindsight I should have just let the round end and left the CMP alone. I thought it was situationally ok, and I already know that that was a mistake. I forgot the golden rule before even thinking about doing something like that (adminhelp).

Let me start by saying that not knowing the rules doesn't mean they don't apply to you or you're not going to be held to the same level like anyone else. For the rules themselves, they specifically say:

You are NOT an antagonist unless given special objectives from staff. If you are doing a good job with RP and reporting to Weyland over the fax, you *MIGHT* be given special goals which give you *SPECIAL LIMITED PERMISSION* to break/bypass some server rules depending on the situation. If you are unsure, Admin Message first. Self-Antagging will result in a Job-ban, Server-ban, and jokes made at your expense.

The ban is justified in the end and unless Feweh/Apop want to let it slide, I say you're going to need to wait at least a month before this can be lifted.
