I tried to appeal as a PO, but I was a stupid idiot who never read rules and I started to read the rules.
I was a troll, and I was trolling and yes I know my note history is one of the worse. I know that I am going down the wrong path as the mods have told me and I am trying to stay on the right path. I would never do anything that would get me banned, and I don't know why I got banned. Update: I am trying to get on my best behaviour too, look I know its generic, but I am just shaking.

So I was going to play a game of Colonial Marines, and I found out I got a ban message I was surprised and I saw that I accidentally used my VPN, and I found out it. I use my VPN for teamspeak 3, and I use my VPN to double reg for Mount and Blade Civil War Events. I know I have a shady history with notes, but I didn't do anything wrong. I accidentally turned on my VPN, and I am just stressed and shellshocked. I didn't mean to turn on my VPN nor I would make a double account since I know it will be a perm ban. I am also trying to improve my favor, and I got perm banned due to the fact I accidentally turned my VPN and I didn't realise I was on Colonial Marines. I understand you are suspicious why I use my VPN, its due to the fact in my army we are not allowed to double reg in Mount and Blade, and I want to merc for an EU regiment. I had a Polish VPN at the time, and I am actually a Canadian. Sorry for it being sloppy I am just fucking shaking and nervous. I didn't mean to break the rules, and the VPN use was by accident.
I also understood this rule Rule 0.3 VPN and Proxies are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If discovered, they will be blocked (along with the associated IP range). This may result in your home IP being blocked from the server if it's linked to a VPN or proxy during the investigation I also know this, and I swear to god and to the Guru Granth Sahib I was not making an alt account or VPN trying to make a clean life on your servers, it was pure accident, and I realised that I forgot to turn off my VPN. The VPN was from Warsaw Poland. I know I am being repetitive, and my chances of being unbanned I believe are less then a 50 percent due to my shady ban history and Solarmare knows of this since he saw my actions most of the time. I am trying to fix my behaviour and go non Marine roles where I won't get frusterated and angry. Once again I know that my note history is pretty god darn awful, and to the eyes of some mods they believe it is deserable or a sort of cosmic justice from god which I agree.

Sorry for rushing this paragraph, I am just fucking sad and depressed that I got banned for accidentally having my VPN. I know that this is sloopy, but I just got banned a couple of minutes ago due to an accidental VPN use and I didn't mean to.

Also, I realised that it was a previous ban from December since I was acting like an immature idiot and kept low RPING as an RO. I was going to do a ban appeal in 2 months, but since I am an idiot I used a VPN by accident, I am banned.

Aphois775, I also stated that I accidentally violated rule number one Rule 0.3 VPN and Proxies are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If discovered, they will be blocked (along with the associated IP range). This may result in your home IP being blocked from the server if it's linked to a VPN or proxy during the investigation., and the ERP notes its just one big note as a whole. I was playing as a PO, making sexual jokes about the MP's 2 months ago, and I was acting like an immature brat with no regrets. As a result due to my immaturity and ERP I got banned from all of the command roles due to that incident. I should be more specific with the no reason, I was going to play CM, and I found out I got banned, and I found out I had my VPN accidentally on. I know that if you have a VPN and play CM your home IP will be banned. Which is why I have 7 ERP notes due to that one certain incident which I believe happened at around the first week of December. I also understand that I am scum, and that I guess for some mods this perm ban is I guess justified, or karma for what I did.

I believe that you at least deserve a real ban if you're going to get a perma. That said, dealing with stuff like this takes time and work (so please don't bug us about how it's going) so I support this being lifted but you seriously need to shape up or your next serious offense will be a perma if this gets lifted. Also, the amount of "ERP" is just due to the fact whoever placed the job-ban placed each one individually over all at once. That said, the context may need to be read for that. I'm giving you the benefit that it wasn't that bad being you didn't get an actual perma for it but we will look into that.

I know Emerald, you even told me this in my last ban appeal when I tried to do a job ban appeal. You even told me I have to step up or shape up because I am going down the wrong path. Sorry if I sound like a smartass, but I remember your quote.

Thank you very much, but I really regret for the ERP jokes, but I will tell you what I did for getting an ERP joke. I was making a joke about rapeseeds, and rape seeds is an actual plant and I was going to give them my "rapeseed" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapeseed and you know the joke is that rapeseed is humours due to the fact that in the word rapeseed is "rape", and yada you get the joke. I made a joke about the MP's since they were you female, but as you know my joke was tasteless, and it was offensive, generally it was making fun of victims of sexual abuse of rape which I dearly regret. That rape seed joke was targeted against the MP's since most of them are female, and I believe it was a sexist joke also. I really regret it very much, and I felt disgusted since this joke is practically making fun of rape and that crap. I am not making excuses, my humor is just fucked up. My humor is very dark and I don't do this type of humor on CM as I know its ban worthy.

Note: Regarding the ERP notes, the admins accidentally put ERP for each separate job ban. It was supposed to be one whole ERP due to an unfunny rape seed joke I made. Note, I am not bumping this thread, I just had to add something since Aphosis said that this VPN ban might turn into an actual perm ban due to the ERP comments.

If there was and it was denied, well then I don't see that being a problem. If there wasn't, well I don't know if Apop is going to want to leave it with the note you got in the past for it or if he's going to want to place a perma under that event.

I understand, as I stated in my previous post I was ashamed for that joke regarding rapeseeds since you know rapeseeds is a vegetable and you know "rape", I know its unfunny and is making fun of victims of rape and sexual abuse which I regret dearly and I am just some stupid teen who made a tasteless joke.

If you want to know the backstory, here it goes. It was around the early week of December, and I was being a stupid 15 year old teen, and wasn't being mature. I was a PO and I was promoting Communism, saying anti- WY slogans, and that crap. I also got warned by the admin for the rapeseed joke, but I kept making sexual jokes since I guess most MP's are females, but I still listened, even though the admin gave me a chance to shape up, but I still didn't listen nor did I read rules and I got banned.

From what I can tell, a perma was never requested. That said, I believe that because the person just gave you a 7-day ban/command ban for it, we can leave it as the punishment given for that event. I don't really feel the need to dig up past bans and apply new punishments for them. I'd support getting this lifted for a final chance. I don't know if Apop would agree with it, but that's my suggestion. If Apop wants to lift this and feels a warning itself isn't enough, we can send you through a probation period for you to shape up.

You can ask questions. As for the appeal itself, Apop has to finish cases that involve sticky bans so you just have to wait until he can get around to ya. He's got a lot of other stuff to do in his life and these things take time.

I would never make those names at all, like Cockadoodledoo, AutismSlayer66, Lavalman 1, RazbanUnban, ObjectiveCum those sound like griefer names. I swear on God and my Life that I made one account which is RiskySikh. I never used the VPN ever since that incident. Since I am afraid I might get accidentally banned. Aphosis can you tell where these accounts originated from, because I am from Canada (Not Feweh).
For those 11-12 accounts are they from the same country as I am from Canada, I want to say the part of region I am from, but I don't want to due to privacy, but I am not from Ontario like Feweh.
