Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones?: I have been banned on /tg/ for escalation issues before, but nothing more.

If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): This is my known reasoning: I joined, didn't know the medical system, and then disposaled myself.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Well, this was one of my first rounds on CM, and at this time I was a /tg/ player. I thought the medical systems were the same, so I went doctor. I was wrong. Very. I was in the lowrp mindset, and I went ahead and disposaled myself and went SSD. And then the admin talked to me, and then I got a jobban. It's been quite a while since this ban, and I feel like I have a good feel of the medical system now, and I'm not in my lowRP mindset anymore. I completely understand why I was job-banned - disconnecting on an admin, disposaling myself. I want to get into "doctoring" and getting unbanned is the 2nd step. (First reading guides and learning the system.)

Banned from Chief Medical Officer, Doctor, Researcher - Suicided as a doctor at roundstart because he didn't know how to perform the role. I have been active lately - just haven't broken any rules.

Well, you actually have been active. Good to see. I don't have any problems getting this ban lifted, though most likely only Doctor and Research at the current time. If you can keep up the good work, toss up an appeal for CMO in 30 days and we can look into getting that lifted as well.
