You failed to answer a question in the appeal format:

You've been here for over a month, yet you still haven't read/understood basic rules. There is no effort whatsoever in your appeal. Not only do you break the rules, but your behavior when contacted by staff is terrible. I'm not seeing this be lifted anytime soon.

Really put some effort into this appeal. Like half of the whole appeal isn't even filled in. If you don't have any information about things like, "Have you been banned from another server?" you need to actually put down you don't. If you don't work with us, we're not going to go out of our way to help ya.
