In the old post Feweh said to promise not to make the joke again and I said I did. I messaged Apophosis and he said the reason I'm perma is because I was still in the pool of them when he processed them, evidently not because of any specific decision he made, but then he stopped responding to me. Can I get unbanned now or am I screwed?

Okay thanks. I know I'm perma, it was for a joke I made, but I was told to just not do it again and I said I wouldn't so that's why I'm confused.

Edit: Just found out I'm banned from Yogstation when I tried to log in today. Apparently I literally asked to be banned and argued with an admin. I have no memory of this and it sounds extremely childish. Original BA text appended to reflect this.

So your old appeal never got finalized in the first place. Unless Apop closes it and gives a final verdict, the case is still open. Locking this one and continue this on your original appeal (viewtopic.php?f=76&t=1616). Please continue to use your first appeal to talk about the ban unless it's locked.
