Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Firstly, in regards to the ckey issue, this was a silly situation in general. I rejoined yesterday, making light of the kick I'd received some time ago after posting a meme in general, after being told no more memes, because being the smart arse I am I thought that CM-related memes were a loophole. I was surprised that I was authorised without posting my ckey, not to throw the mod under the bus - I know I am known to them, and have posted my ckey in that channel twice before, so this was entirely on me.

Now, regarding the real 'meat' of this ban, it was really just a misunderstanding. The post itself was a screenshot from base SS13, in it a trolling player approaches another player, getting their attention and then presumably copy-pasting a homosexual encounter, in which he makes actions for both players involved; the victim, if you will, then states "what the fuck." The image was posted late at night, whilst I was lay in bed speaking in VC with a number of other players. I posted it, we laughed, and I thought nothing of it. It never really occurred to me that there was actual technical ERP logs in there, as I saw it as far too tame to be considered. Obviously, by not posting it here as evidence, I've learnt my lesson in caution by this.

All in all, it was a dumb thing to post in hindsight, but at the time I hadn't seen an issue with it. Cheers for reading.

Cautioned over escalation. A slightly long-winded escalation, a marine threw a knife at them whilst saying 'think fast'. He caught it, the other marine then chased them to retrieve the knife, it escalated to a fist-fight, then a throwing knife, and then gunshots on behalf of Cobradude. Well the issue was that I didn't see it as NSFW, text doesn't tend to click like that in my head - especially in meme format. I know to think before posting from now on, at least.
