I'm really sorry, the notes are there for life.

No you cant but there is an easy fix to this. As others have said. Go play another server, be a good player and interact with the community getting no notes. Do that for a few months IE 6-10 THEN come back and try and appeal. Digging yourself a hole here is not the best.

So, I wasn't here for when Aoi was around as a character or a player, and I had nothing to view as a character witness on them until they came into discord and denied all responsibility for their actions and came to pander really hard for anyone to come speak on their behalf. Based on the characteristics displayed from that, the only personal contact I've had involved with them, it seems like they've grown absolutely 0 from the point they were accused of.
