This was a long while ago, but it happened when Xur and I were leading squads on the ground. We were leading a assault when the CO wanted us to fall back and we did not, we continued fighting and our assault and we had Mp's sent down to arrest us. We fought back as well with our marines who did not care for the CO's orders that we be arrested for not falling the order to fall back. I ended up killing the MP when he fired at me with a weapon (not sure which since it was almost a year ago).

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I would just like to play SL again since I was told I needed to try playing this again and after playing one round and trying to give out orders without the fancy big text is a lot harder then it seems especially when your SL is dead.

What's more important to your appeal is recognizing and admitting to what you did as wrong, as well as promising not to do it again. You may want to make some edits with that in mind.

Well I certainly don't plan to do it again, I will say that I did get heated and I did not have to use lethal force on the Mp and XO however when they just murdered Xur who was playing the other SL who was not even attacking them with lethal force. Yes it was wrong that he and I did not follow the orders the CO gave us however does it really call for the Mp's to come down to the planet guns blazing? Even the CO when he found out that the Mp's used lethal force to kill Xur he completely understood what happened and dropped his complaint that got me banned. The only reason it really kept being pushed was because Feweh didn't really like me, hate to play the biased admin card, but he was quite clear that he was not going to unban me.

As I said I am sorry that it happened and I certainly don't plan to go around shooting Mp's and the XO, although I will say that if they start shooting at me when they could just arrest me with tazers. When I roleplay a SL I make decisions that a actual squad leader would do, follow orders yes, but I will say I will argue when silly mistakes are made like leaving a supply line undefended or leaving marines to die after calling a retreat. It was a really messed up situation and all sides confirmed that it was a horrible miscommunication and mistakes were made on all times. I would just like to come back from this situation to play a role I enjoy especially when it was my first offense.

You really haven't been on in the recent months, I'd ask how interested you are in having this job ban removed when you've made it while you aren't really playing now.
That is whether the job ban being lifted would even be something you noticed or cared for now when I'm not really seeing you touch the server?
