Your Byond ID:Exnihilodub
Character Name:Baran Elitez
Type Of Ban (Job-ban (include the job), Timed Ban, Permaban): Job-ban (MP and Chief MP)
Admin who banned you (if known): Ordukai
Total Ban Duration: It was 7 days but then I was told in the forums to apply for ban appeal after at least 30 days had passed. (given in june 2017)
Remaining Duration: None
What other servers do you play on? Baystation/Paradise
Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones? None except this
Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): After loud concerns of a mutiny and pressure from marines, I've unlawfully executed a criminal in security.
Link to previous appeals for the same ban (if applicable):
Ordukai said I should make an appeal once a timer link he gave me hits 0. He had given me 7 days of ban back then. https://w2.countingdownto.com/1852117 this was his link.
Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):
No excuses, I know what I did was wrong. My reasoning back then was: I executed that person because I was under pressure from everyone that I should execute the criminal in that round, and instead of being level-headed, I got panicked and executed the guy without following the procedure (IIRC, i just unloaded ammunition to his chest)

Re: Job Ban Appeal
How active have you been on the server in general since the ban went down? It's a pretty old ban so I imagine you've taken a break somewhere in there?
Ban Appeal Users: If I've lifted your perma ban and you're still unable to log onto the server, send me a forum PM regarding it and I'll work to get it fixed in ~24 hours.

Re: Job Ban Appeal
I think I vaguely remember this one. A squad of marines was outside the brig threatening to mutiny if the prisoner wasn't executed. Worried about the mutiny derailing the round, you executed someone who's crimes didn't warrant it (Their maximum punishment was too low) and you didn't follow the proper procedure for the execution either.
Even though you only played for about 7-9 days after that, and have only played for 2 days recently, I believed and still believe that you were put in an unfortunate situation, gave it an honest try, and learned your lesson (which is why I gave you a timer instead of just a permaban).
If your appeal is successful, make sure to read and understand marine law fully before playing an MP again. There have been many changes since July 2017 and a few of them are relatively recent.

TLDR: Go back and read it. I spent time writing that, ya know.

Re: Job Ban Appeal
This was a long time ago, and since Ordukai is fine with it I'd support this being lifted. Just remember as an MP NOBODY can make you break Marine Law. No matter what the pressure is or who is demanding it (outside of Admin events, obviously) you must always follow Marine Law.
I used to play Luke Compton. Now I play Reginald Dempsey.

Re: Job Ban Appeal
I remember playing a bit more after the ban was placed. I forgot about the game in general during this period and remembered I got banned this month when I saw the [Banned] indicator next to profession selection menu and thought I might make an appeal again. I know the timing looks suspicious but I assure you that I'm not in a mentality of "MP or nothing". It was just a momentary intervention of life events and loss of interest in SS13.Emeraldblood wrote: ↑02 Apr 2018, 11:31How active have you been on the server in general since the ban went down? Thanks for the reminder. I'll make sure to read and digest the new marine law.Ordukai wrote: ↑03 Apr 2018, 02:15I think I vaguely remember this one. Re: Job Ban Appeal
Your server activity is pretty low, but we'll lift MP for you. If you want to get CMP lifted, just play some rounds as MP on the server and show you can stay out of trouble. Resolved - MP Job-ban lifted.
