If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): Shot CO, aka broke Marine law as MP (was later banned for 3 hours but that's over now and I was fine with it to begin with)

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I would like to appeal in order to play as MP again, I do love the position a lot, and it's fun to play with (note not for the 3 hour ban I did deserve, for not knowing disposals auto dumped humans I did that as CL, and I'll accept a job-ban for that as well if you guys want to increase that punishment or even a longer ban if you want too I am sorry) but I please request and beg that I get MP unjob-banned, I did it out of Roleplaying too hard and trying to be the good cop tooo much, basically the CO had sealed the doors to the other pods, and got on one, I managed to slip on after him, and when asking if what I heard and saw was true, took it as murder with intent, and shot him with a tactical shotgun, I respect the admins and mods for banning me, and you guys want to do what you need to do, I am asking that please may I have the position open to me again, I am sorry for what I did, and I know now that it was wrong and I should've never done it, and that you guys have hard enough times as it is without some idiot like me doing something like that. I sincerely apologize and I am willing to talk if you need anything answered at all.

You should read the server rules and roleplay guidelines instead of making an appeal, you've managed all of that in the last two weeks you've been here.
No reason for this to be lifted while you're continuing to be a problem.

I used "XD" my very first game. I didn't even get a link to the rules at all till after I did it, and I apologized and as you can see I have never done that again
I had worn that clothing by accident, I had joined mid event, rushed to the front thinking it was a regular game, sound some militia hat put it on and decided to see how it looked saying I never had seen them before and again I never have done it since
The chief releasing I deserved to get 3 hour banned on I don't know why I didn't but I didn't question it I roleplayed too hard
And killed the CO because he was well a horrible person, and hasn't been a CO since that day even, in the end only one escape pod launched, cause he found himself a blowtorch and sealed every single pod shut except one and launched himself in that one, basically killing everyone else and saving, "the most competitent person on board," as he called it, I get I should've asked an admin if it was okay first but, it wasn't really fair for anyone for him to seal the other pods and literally tell them all to go kill themselves basically in SD while he lived
And yeah I deserved that one for not knowing, I did deserve more though, I lied cause I was scared of what happened, I didn't know the disposals flushed people instantly, and I was scared that the mod was gonna permanently ban me for it and I tried to save my sorry skin, I even admitted to all the mods that I deserved more time than one I got with 6 hours plus

I just wanna act as a character witness here, Mikey is a fairly good RPer and despite his note history he is still a new player, not that it excuses any of his actions. Regardless I feel that perhaps he could be given a shorter time than a month or two before being able to successfully appeal, he has helped me out ICly in the last few days and proven himself able to behave. I feel like he has a real chance to turn things around for himself.

Read the server rules [https://cm-ss13.com/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=5094] and just don't get in any serious trouble and we can talk about lifting it then. MP is a role that requires you to follow the IC rules or it's an OOC problem. Learn the server, get used to the rules, and if you don't get any seriously bad notes, we'll consider lifting it for you then. Resolved - Denied for the time being. You can make a new appeal in 30 days from today.
