Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I was playing MP a lot more in this period of time. It was a long time ago, but I believe that I was banned following leaving a prisoner handcuffed in his cell. This was an honest mistake, stemming from me getting a callout about another incident while I was changing him from his Marine uniform. I realise that in hindsight I should have been far more diligent in my checks, but at the time it felt as if there were far more important things to do than double check my actions, which at this point in the round I had already done a couple of times. If unbanned I would insure these mistakes would never happen again.

Hmm, that was something different then. Again all I can do is apologise for my poor actions as an MP I realise they were totally unacceptable, and if I was given a second chance they would never happen again. I would like to reiterate how sorry I am about my previous actions.

In relation to the harm baton incident, I did not notice I had accidentally switched to the harm intent, although I realise that I should have been far more careful and conservative in using the equipment provided to MPs.

I was just appealing now, because I was getting back into the game, and hoped at some point in the future to be given a second chance to play MP again

MP is a bit more rule bound job, while I wouldn't mind if just repealing at least the MP, I think the same way as Lordington, some activity would be nice.

You need to take into account that rules and space law changed. A bit, but they did change. At least some activity is required for you to have at least any updated knowledge.

I'd say you'll be able to appeal this ban easily if you play for a month semi-consistently

Yeah, if you play a bit the reapply later, and there should be no issues with lifting this.
I'd even be fine with lifting just MP for now.

Failure to follow Marine Law as an MP is considered an OOC problem. If you can just be semi-active on the server and show us that you're not going to cause any OOC problems, we'll talk about lifting the roles. We don't need you to play 24/7, but at least clock in a few rounds until your next appeal. For now, this will be denied by you can reapply in 30 days. Resolved - Denied.
