Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones?: I was banned from CM roughly a year ago. However, it was accidental and was meant for someone else, but jumped to me. I'll leave the link here in case you want to look at it:

Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): To my knowledge, I can't view the exact reason for the Job-ban, but I'm very certain that it was for going SSD before the first marine deployment (AKA beginning of the round)

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Well, I wanted to give this some time, as I decided I needed to take a break from Pilot Officer and also rethink some stuff. This happened roughly a week or so ago, and it was pretty early in the morning. I had gotten up early to get used to waking up around that time, due to my Spring Break quickly coming to a close. I decided since I had really been enjoying playing PO, that I'd go for another round. We had the Alamo loaded and I had just snagged a pump-action from Req, and was now sitting in the Alamo waiting for the boots. I was exhausted at that time, and was thinking about grabbing me a coffee to help wake myself up, but not being a huge fan of it decided not to. I warned the other Alamo PO that I might pass out, kind of jokingly but also seriously. Then, I leaned back in my chair waiting, closed my eyes.. and opened them up to see that 4 hours had passed. ...Whoops. Seriously though, I felt really bad about this, but wanted to give it some time before appealing. I've had issues of SSD in the past due to bad internet and bad timing with Concert Band related issues. Lately, I've improved and made sure to make people aware that I'd be going to cryo, and following the SSD rules best I can. Hope I can get back into the skies soon!

You don't really have any other notes so lifting this shouldn't be a massive concern. Just try not to play when you're exceedingly tired, or shoot us an ahelp if you think you might go SSD.

One of the requirements to having this lifted is you need to change the blinding blue color in your signature to something readable. Resolved - Pilot Officer job-ban lifted.
