Suggest you speak to them through a discord message, or through their forums. Just try to get a screenshot of you speaking to them and someone to vouch for you through their staff.

I suggest speaking to a head-admin or community manager.

Paradise staff said you multikeyed there with same logins. You got one of your account to permabanned for a really minor thing, but you did not respond to PM (reminds me of a situation you had here) and after that you decided to multikey.

I highly suggest appealing whatever you done there first. Then play there and you will have a chance here.
