Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):WELL,you said i was lazy and stuff,but here it is, full.I got a lot of bans,A LOT.And if i got unbanned YOU THINK I WOULD DO IT AGAIN?I learned a lot while i was banned playing on other servers,i only killed other marines cause i was dumb and always splitted up i died by the xenos.I wrote this appeal 4 times already but i always forget to write the topic,so that last one was lazy i admit,and i wrote an entire bible on the other appeals that i forgot to write the topic,you cant say this one is lazy,i dont have any proof that i didn't do what i did,i confess i did that things,i know what i did wrong,and i wont do it again,i promise,im saying about all the marines i killed for no reason at all,or tried to,anyways i wrote another 2 appeals that you can find somewhere,And i beg you please unban me that i will play it right.I wrote this,copied,and waited until i could post it after 30 days.i bet you dont know the stuff of lazy im talking about so dont give a s*%#.i didn't get a single ban or kick since the paradise one that was after i got banned from colonial marines,and i played a lot of servers.alien is on of my favorite franchises and the complexety there is in ss13 makes it unique like no one ever done before,for example avp colonial marines,a facehugger gets you,what happens?you die and respawn..... in ss13 you stay a time with it and another time without the facehugger you get chestburster and you die.it probably wont say day 16 but to me it is i dont live in the same country so please consider this little time.ill repeat I WONT DO IT AGAIN you hear me?I WONT DO IT AGAIN... i wont......

Alright, with all the technical thing being solved, let's get to the matter.

You seem to misunderstand the point of appeal, the point is not to crucify you or bash you. The point is for us to assess if you understood why you got banned in the first place. What your wrote in "Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc)" is full of self loathing and begging, which is not why we are here.

So I will assume that I didn't see that.

What you did is - you played as MP (decently) decided to be a bad cop, beat someone AND THEN DISCONNECTED when I questioned you. If you responded to that ahelp you would be able to clear at least some issues. But AFTER that you joined with your OTHER ckey again as MP and went bashing the living hell out of THE SAME PLAYER. When questioned, you disconnected AGAIN.

Now. Two questions from me.
1) What you should do instead of whatever you did?
2) Why you were using 2 ckeys to play this game in the first place, since our rules clearly forbid this?

I really didn't knew i was getting questioned,and were does the message appears?Also my 1st ban was normal,so i tried begging,i disconnected because i died,i think,i dont remember. 1)i was supposed to answer you 2)my two accounts were obviously not to grief but to continue playing whn i died,and i thought everyone did that,this rule should appear right in the starting menu that you can setup your character.And you ask me... why didn't you read the rules? I didin't because i didn't want to,im being honest,it was the first server i played in ss13 i was like WOHOOO OH YEAAA as i already said alien is one of my favorite franchises,after seeing all those videos i didn't see the rules button on the top,i just wanted to play the game already.but if i get unbanned i will delete my second account,since it will be the only server i will play on ss13.

You did not die, admin (to be exact - me) put you to sleep because you were breaking rules and did not respond to me. Admin PM's are in big red letters.

Now, I can get behind you being new and not knowing stuff, but whatever happens now is outside of my power.

However. YOU HAVE TO READ RULES. Your answer, instead of "answer you" should've been "not beating someone to almost death as MP and not using multiple keys to play the game"

Yea if you want i will read the rules i dont care if it is 500003938484 pages long as long as i get unbanned i can do anything.About the paradise ban ot happened moments later i got banned, but after that ban i think it was on 17 feb,i got nomore bans or kicks or warnings... i did those things because i didn't had patience but now i found the patience,i watched a tutorial about roboticist and i only played on other servers with it,and i already know how to build ripley and i already did,i know how to build proasthetic limbs.... and isn't only about that i learned,and you probably say "oH tHaT iS dEfAuLt"
But i also learned a lot of the basics too,and you say "Oh JuSt ThE bAsIcS?" i dont really know but the turial of ss13 basics has 40 minutes so it is a lot.And why should you unban me? because i want to have fun duh.but the right way.I already said i will delete my account if i get unbanned.

Dammit i already said i will delete my second account and the purpose wasn`t even for griefing cuz i made the second one right after my 1st death in the game.Yea i did multykeying but i didn`t used my other account to avoid the ban,but just because i died because of the guy.

As Neth said, you did not actually die, you were put to sleep by him as he was investigating your activities. Instead of replying to him you logged out and logged in on a second account and continued to engage in the griefing behaviour.

As for the appeal, you need to calm down and formulate your answers clearly and concisely, borderline begging and what appears to be very passive aggressive attitude is not helping your case right now.

The server is not a right, it's a privilege, it is not our job to tell you of the servers rules. That is on you to look at, like if you were visiting a foreign country, they are not required to walk you through their laws and you cannot use the excuse "I didn't know".

Overall. I think you need to recognise what you did wrong, know why you were banned and then you need to apologise for your actions and give us a good and clear reason why we should give you a second chance on the server.

I can perfectly use the excuse ''i didn't know'' as Neth said im new at the game and i dont really know much about it.

And you should unban me for the same reason you let me play the game,the name is everything ''game'' i want to play it and have fun.

And how should i apologise?i have to say sorry or get in contact with all the people i griefed say sorry and talk a bit?

You're saying you can use the excuse you didn't know the rules when it gives you a big red message saying READ THE SERVER RULES IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE in the lobby every time you log into the server on the lobby.
You saying anything should be on the starting menu is quite a moot point since you managed to entirely ignore that message and ignored the server rules.
You're also saying the reason we should unban you is to let you have fun, when the ban is in place because you couldn't bother with the bare minimum of understanding what conduct is expected on the server.
I think this is too early to lift for the severity of what you did, multikeying and outright ignoring the server rules are the sort of the thing we don't need to tolerate or let people allow back in after they've been banned for it.

You managed to get yourself perma banned in one fell swoop? Smooth. Well, by the sounds of it I don't think Paradise is gonna say you're a good player. Have you been playing on any other servers that haven't perma banned you yet?

yes and it was temporary cause now i play it normally.I still had no warnings or kicks or things like this and the paradise was the last ban/kick/warning thing that happened,and happened a long time ago,ask them,im curious,they will probably say im a normal player.but i really thought it was permanent,and i arrived and bam i was like woah i wasn't permabanned?

The problem is we can't go off the trust that someone is just gonna not cause problems again when they say they won't. Often, that's not always what happens. That and you don't really seem to understand that just because you didn't understand that was something against the rules doesn't mean you didn't break it eitherway. What's to say you just won't say that again if you break future rules?

maybe a promise? if my objective were to grief repeteadly i would go onto other servers and do it like paradise,but i dont do that anymore.And to guarentee i wont break the rules again you can ban my account on this site once i do break the rules and get perma ban.

Hmmm...

I would support lifting the ban on one of his accounts, considering he is a new player. Ignorance is not an excuse for breaking rules however and I would like to offer a few stipulations for a probation period:

- Retain the MP and CMP job bans.
- Ban -all- command role jobs.

This would give him a trial period where he can play marine roles under the usual trial stipulations where he can learn server and marine law.

Usual trial period rules would stand and any serious rule break would result in the reapplication of the permaban.

Only my two cents. Feel free to ignore me if you want.

Can't say I'm expecting you to be better right now. Maybe if a server can get another to say you're not a bad player I'd be willing to give you another shot. I don't believe a job-ban will fix anything because what you did is shitty under any role; you joined into a new account during the same round just to go kill someone who annoyed you.

You got a perma-ban for doing something pretty shitty. Letting you return with just a job-ban on certain roles doesn't directly mean you'll act any different than if you didn't have them. Unless you can get a server to say you're not gonna cause problems, I don't believe you're going to suddenly not cause any problems in the future.
