Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones?
Oh of course years ago I was banned at goonstation multiple times for loving to bomb people as a scientist. But that was about jee, 2011?
I also had a 2 or 3 hour ban I think for pushing people in alamo by feweh. (struggling with some asshole clicking my seat to unbelt me)

I had two notes, I don't really know what was the first one but the second one I remember exactly it was because I went down the Alamo to pursue a prisoner colonist. And the reason for the actual ban is I let someone leave perma because that person was paying me. I thought it was ok because it was RPed and such but after that someone taught me how to actually RP being a corrupt MP without necessarily breaking people out of perma.. and it made sense.

As CMP was letting perma prisoners out "for walks." Told the player that rules work as intended not to the letter, and the rule of common sense applies. Was very understanding and non-arguementative. by X on Wed, February 21st of 2018

Well these notes are accurate for the most part...

The warns for griefing I told them it was an inc nade that I wanted to throw and clicked a black space. The FF with a smartgun was a single bullet that hid a player cuz I didn't know changing powerpacks turned off IFF, I turned IFF on again and things worked out. I talked to admins about that.

The ban I explained it above... the CMP thing was a mistake cuz I was new and some MP told me if he could "give the perma prisoner a stroll" I thought it was k then got the warn.

It has been a long while since then and I believe I kind of know what to do and not to do in CM now.

And well... dragging the CLF soldier... that was shameful low RP from me. Dragged him under the alamo due to vengeance for my wounds.

PD: I know for SURE no warning was given to me before the pushing in alamo. I am not denying my mistake there i'm just saying there was no warn and the situation was simply an asshole trying to take my spot and me pushing him to take my seat back.

I'm a bit on the fence here. You shouldn't roleplay a corrupt MP, it's a slippery slope that will only ever bring you trouble. That said, you have been active this last month and haven't got any new notes. Well first of all I shouldn't release any prisoner from perma lol no matter what. I should also finally understand that breaking IC rules as MP is probably gonna also imply not only commiting an IC infraction but also an OOC one (no matter how much I dislike this, rules are rules). That said, I can keep up the RP without being outright the bad MP who wants to set all prisoners free and/or torture marines by feeding them burritos for interrogation.

I will start off easy. I want to see how you interpret the rules so I am going to ask you a question.

When can you as an mp join a mutiny against the Commander?
A. There was a complaint made about the Commander made to an mp, 6 marines want to mutiny and they have approval from an admin.
b. If it is a peaceful mutiny and all you do is refuse to work like a strike.
c. When the CMP agrees to join it.
d. If the reason for the mutiny is the commander his order to evacuate from the planet.
e. All the above situations are not valid reasons to join a mutiny as mp

Edit: Feel free to provide your reasoning. Or to state that you do not know. And multiple options might be possible.

Well, those are kinda not reasons for Mutiny. In my opinion it's E, with C being case-specific, why do I say this? Well I base myself on experience: I've seen an MP mutiny ONCE, which was MP intervening due to the Commander (Carson boi) sending all of the marines to their deaths, with the XO spearheading this mutiny OP. MPs can't mutiny in the first place under any circumstances unless it's something urgent as the commander fucking up with his orders to an extent of placing the whole operation at risk and all the ways of solving the situation have been drained and failed (CMP trying to talk to CO, command asking CO to formally leave his position, USCM fax sent by CMP to Weyland -which is why I say option C is case-specific since you can't just unga dunga mutiny because the CMP said so) if all of these conditions are met and the commander (and/or any command officer involved) still keeps being a murderboner asshole, and admins approve the mutiny, MPs can intervene to brig him favoring the mutiny in order to restore peace, handing power afterwards to the next officer in chain of command. FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN A SCENARIO LIKE THIS shall the MPs favor a mutiny, rather, they are entitled to stop any kind of mutiny 99.9% of the time.

We'll lift MP, but just MP for the time being; CMP will remain banned. If you do want to do something like be bribed as an MP (under reasonable events), then ahelp if you're able to actually accept it. Don't break Marine Law in the future or punishments are going to be escalated higher than just a 3-hour ban. You can also ahelp about any questions regarding Marine Law if you need clarification on stuff. Resolved - MP job-ban lifted.
